Can anyone advise on bowel endo pain?

I just want to ask anyone who has bowel endo- do you have specific areas on your abdomen and pelvis that are extremely painful to touch? I was diagnosed and treated for endo and bowel/womb adhesions years ago but it continued to cause pain and bowel problems. I had a hysterectomy a few years ago (had adenomyosis) and when some pain returned within months of the op I was told it was adhesions. I began to notice that I had a few specific areas below belly button level that were uncomfortable with any light pressure (such as clothing) and excruciating if I pressed deeper on them. I just thought it was adhesions/scar tissue but I’m beginning to wonder if it’s actually bowel endo pain. The reason I’m wondering is because my bowel endo symptoms recently flared up from taking HRT and I now have more areas that are very painful to touch. I literally hit the roof when I touch them. Does anyone else with bowel endo have this? I know I need to see my g.p and a consultant again but don’t want to be fobbed off as usual. Thanks
