Quick post...been diagnosed IBS C and had it for about 5 yrs. Started taking cod liver oil tabs couple of months ago and now regular and normal bowel movements!! Just a thought for anyone to try, maybe softens stools!.? and ok for most people.

Please!!!! May it continue!!!!

Thank you for sharing! I will definitely give them a go. Prune juice is the only thing that works for me but it has to be not from concentrate and 100% pure prune juice. I swear by this.
