Peppermint oil

I just wanted to share that I have benefitted from using a roll on peppermint oil when I first start to feel the migraine starting. I also keep it with me when I am in a public location and someone has really strong perfume on, I roll it on my hand then I can smell the scent and breath good air.

I never believed in things like this and now bring it everywhere.

Hope it can help other people.

Thank you for that tip. I also use Migraine Escape (a roller that is ginger oil) when I first feel a migraine coming on. It doesn't necessarily work for an episode that is already established, but quite often it can address the smaller migraine twinges that I get in my right temple and back of the neck prior to a migraine attack and it brings relief. Also, the people who run Migraine Escape are fantastic- always available to share their knowledge and to give support (you can access their support online as they are based in Australia). Just something else to consider. I'll also get a roll of peppermint oil to try too! Anything that can bring relief is so hugely appreciated. Thanks again and take care, Clydelle

I use peppermint oil too. ...What works for me is putting a couple of drops on a want face cloth and putting it on my forehead while laying down. Most of time it takes the pain away that is until I take the face cloth off. I also put a couple drops of peppermint oil in the shower ( in the stream if water) .. I also have put it directly on forehead in the shower and rinse it off. It actually works the best but it's very risky cause it can get in ur eyes and it stings so bad( but totally worth it when it helps)... I also got this shoulder and neck heating wrap and it is a cordless heating pad which is infused with peppermint oil(got on Amazon for 40). Also I use peppermint body wash and shampoo at times. Peppermint oil. Amazing stuff!!

I am a huge fan of peppermint oil in the bath tub with Epsom salts. The magnesium in the salts has been known to help with migraines. I also mix peppermint oil in lotion and put it in my neck and head when suffering.

i have been using minteaze for just over 2 yrs now for help with my migraines, i stopped taking any medications as i was getting rebound headaches and side effects. I have been managing with minteaze (a roll on) and the white tiger balm, also using the tiger balm neck and shoulder rub. My migraines are less intense now and a lot more manageable, I used to be taking triptans almost daily at some points just to be able to go to work.

Thanks for the feedback, have you tried Arnicare? This is an amazing product with no smell to it. We use the bell and I just purchased the roll on. I love that it is all natural.

Hope this helps.
