Hi I've been taking the above for a number of weeks as I'd read its good for neuropathy. I have fibro and one of my most persistent and annoying symptoms is pins and needles in my feet and hands. In recent months it had spread to my head and other areas and was driving me nuts. I have a suspicion it's

Can't solve real bad anxiety issues. Meds out there?
Right of the bat I can't take benzodiazepines. They just don't agree with me, and I need something to take every day, like the concept of taking an ssri (not "as needed"). I'm on one ssri (trintellix). Klonopin I'm currently tapering off of, buspar didn't really help, I recently re-started Zyprexa which

What is one thing you wish people could understand about mental health?
I've been thinking about so much lately and I was curious to know your answers! If there was ONE thing I would want to change about the way people perceived anxiety/depression/OCD/ADHD, it would be that we didn't choose this. We didn't do this to ourselves. We didn't actively CHOOSE to have our brains

Shock, upset and flare up of hashimotos thyroiditis
I wondered if anyone is kindly able to offer advice please. I recently lost my dad suddenly a month ago. I was able to carry on working for a 3 weeks, though I was upset, I was able to physically work. However last week because it was his funeral I went downhill on the Monday suffering with an enormous

looking for pcos support! (new here)
Hey, everyone! I'm new here and I was advised to try and find folks with a similar experience to mine. I got diagnosed with PCOS after having exactly zero (0) periods until I was 21, and then only like... two after that? My GP highly recommended I seek treatment when I was 19 (which I delayed for several

I'm Tired of Hurting
I'm new here and I don't really know where to start. After a few years of battling anxiety and depression I was diagnosed after having pretty bad health problems due to my mental health. I was also later diagnosed with a generalized mood disorder a few months later. It started getting better and I was

Feel like Im stuck
Hi there I’m so happy to have found this community. I don’t know where to begin. I have a severe anxiety/panic disorder and it started in 2018. I got put on medicine and I feel like it really helped, however, this year it’s gotten bad again. I can be fine sitting there watching tv and then out of no

The word "compulsive" has triggered me
Ok so this may sound odd, but I am a heart worrier and worry about my heart rate going up and up til it explodes. And thanks to the pandemic I have developed outrageous beliefs around it, this recent one being worse. So learning more about the word "compulsive" and how it means an obsessive urge to do

Panic attack and depression
Everything was going great for the last 2 months but now I'm freaking out and down as he'll. It started with me reheating food in a Togo box for my wife and all the sudden she got really annoyed and just went on a cleaning rampage,I kept asking what was wrong and she said that she feels like we can't

Living with PBC for 16 years.
Still going strong after 16 years. First abnormal blood test in Australia in 2006 although not diagnosed until I returned to the U.K. in 2010. I have been on Ursodeoxycholic Acid since then. I get tired but try to go to bed early and as now retired have the benefit of being able to get up when I like

*Sensitive* - 5th transfer update
Hi all I've been a little quiet on here with my own updates as I have been wrapping my mental health in cotton wool a little after the rollercoaster of our last transfer attempts and miscarriage last year. But I just wanted to share some good news (as I don't often get to!). I'm also really sorry if

School and home life
Hi. It’s been a while since I last posted. Things haven’t really gotten better or worse. It’s been the same. But school has been becoming more of a problem. I think I mentioned in a previous post that it has become pretty dull between school and home. Usually kids are really excited on the bus ride home

Overwhelmed is an understatement
This was my first day in my new job. It was crap. I drove myself and on the way home I had a panic attack. After I got home I got a call that I needed to train for the next three days at night. I had to change my standing therapy appointment slot because of work (which has caused massive anxiety) and

Is that normal blood pressure be higher than normal in B12 deficiency ?
My blood pressure increased soon after my severe neurologic symptoms started l. I have bad muscle weakness and numbness in arms and eyesight problems. Its challenging for me to walk. Too much pressure I feel during walking or standing and sweat like a rain. My blood pressure was 14.9 over 9.8 today.
