Statins/PMR
It's been reasonably stable recently though I have recently had a bad time with diverticular disease which might possibly have been causing me
stress
without me realising as I'm due to go off on a short holiday with a friend next week and I am a bit worried about it playing up while I'm away.

In February I was then sent for a Myocardial Perfusion Scan and

Test which showed 5% ischaemia and then in May 2022 I had a balloon angioplasty.

buprenorphine side effects
Some things showed up on an EKG but not enough to concern them and they’ve asked that I come back next week and do a
stress
test. I also had high blood sugar which I’ve never had before. And I felt incredibly nauseous. I’m wondering if I made a mistake switching from oxy to buprenorphine.

Transplant delays
I have a living donor who is willing to save my life and this process is absolutely producing more
stress
than it should. On top of this, my step daughter, who is a PT, has volunteered her time to help me for the after-surgery timeframe and needs to let her practice know about timing.

Pegasys not working
So Pegasys not working and liver showing early signs of
stress
. I do not like the trend. Ouch! Do I continue? Will be meeting with hematology on Thursday. PS. I already do all the best practice stuff - exercise, anti-inflammatory diet, no alcohol, etc…

The best supplements to improve sperm quality
We had the oxidative
stress
done on my partner which was ever so slightly raised so they suggested he take proxeed plus for 3 months and when retested it had gone so low it wasn’t able to be read. So I’m not really wanting to try proxeed again as it actually made it worse 🤷♀️.

Hello everyone
You can do this in the way that is best for you but I wanted to keep it realistic to not create
stress
like telling myself unrealistic expectations in a timeframe that I could feel was ok. I'm far from ok but I'm ok for now. I put into words my thoughts this morning about wanting to find peace.

plantar fasciitis
The reason I mention this is how I manage the
stress
and how I developed Plantar Fasciitis. I have been so stressed about selling my house in Maple Ridge at a loss to relocating my husbands parents who lived in their own suite in our home for ten years to living in B&B’s for five months.

I know that there are a lot of

put on NHS workers especially in recent years, but people are dying because of medical negligence and its only becoming bigger of an issue overtime.

Is this a flare? And this headache.....?
The medical people are saying
stress
. That was true for the first couple of months, but I have been meditating 2x daily, Qi Gong and living peacefully. Anyone have any thoughts or experience? I have searched but not found anything similair to my situation. Thank you , this group is a Blessing

Forwards, backwards!
We are presuming this response is
stress
related which lasted until she got home Now at home she feels like she is now being drawn backwards when she stands up, hence falls and currently in bed all the time.

Experiencing daily panic attacks from the moment I wake up.
She advised me that it's
stress
related because I have a lot going on at the moment (lost my grandfather and auntie just before Christmas, father has just recovered from a major operation after having cancer, father-in-law has just been diagnosed with cancer, partner has been diagnosed with a brain tumor

6 months on.
I just work 3 days a week now in the office, less
stress
and physical exertion. I’m on less money obviously but I can manage and my healths far more important to me and my family. Now the negative points, my depression and anxiety are slowly rising, I can tell and my wife’s also noticed.
