Coping with unexplained flare ups
And when you can't pin an episode on food/
stress
etc it's hard to know what to do next to improve things. Thanks so much in advance - really appreciate having this forum of people who have really been there!

Persistent and Permanent Atrial Fibrillation
In many respects this is where I was a month ago, the primary difference being the significant
stress
I've created (so much so it's affecting my sleep) by being preoccupied with and occasionally obsessed with trying to make this decision which I understand no one can make for me.

Could the
stress
be responsible for the awful exacerbation of my RLS just as I thought it was being well controlled.

Anxiety Meds in the UK
I know that
stress
/ noise / buzz in my brain has always been intense but I’m wondering what other medication I might try / that you’ve found successful in quieting the noise and calming my nervous system.

Hyperthyroid update
So my initial issue began in 2016 when my
stress
levels were over the roof. I was put on carbi for 18months after which, nothing until after almost a year of interferon injections for ET ( MPN) in 2021. I had not realised before or even put two and two together.

Car Accident #2
I was rear-ended about 2 years ago. Not too bad but I'm still dealing with a torn meniscus and it aggravated my arthritis. I have to give a deposition...which I will chat about that later. But about 6 months ago I was rear-ended AGAIN near the same highway but this time it totaled my car. I have PTSD

After APCa treatment ends
But the end of treatment is the beginning of living with no net under you, with periodic checkups and scans, with emotional
stress
especially since LT SE's may continue, change or crop-up, and last not least that PCa has a way of sometimes coming back after years of absence.

Stress and MS
MS +
Stress
= Never a good thing! Holidays+ MS +
Stress
= Could be even worse! It could bring on a relaspe, exacerbations, attacks, flare-ups, episodes, or bouts. Or... A pseudoexacerbation. The difference? 1st... You checked with your Neuro!! Always!!

Hernia operation with permanent AF and apixaban as blood thinner. How can I minimise the dangers?
Stopping apixaban several days before the operation however increases the risk of another stroke (I had one four years ago) especially perhaps under the
stress
of an operation as I am prone to enormous anxiety. 3.

Terrible nights when in afib
Hi everyone, I posted yesterday about
stress
and afib episodes. I now have another question."Do any of you have bad night's sleep when in afib, constant wakening, sweating etc?" If so any advice would be welcome.

Overdoing it?
Is it the activity levels or the associated
stress
of adding exercise into an already busy life (for me.. I am retired so "busy" is relative I know!). Any thoughts would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Dronedarone
I’ve been change to Dronedarone, been taking it about 4 months and have had episodes of AF, in fact currently ‘I n one’, this is after a day of
stress
so not surprised, but having been to the consultant the day before the previous attack last week can not work out why.

Dizzyness when walking no chest pain though?!
It's been a rollercoaster of A&E, cardiologist & GP visits with one thing after another and I have a CT angio next week, followed by a
stress
MRI some weeks after. I suppose I'm just here to vent, I know there's not much of anything to be said.

Vitamin B12—Multifaceted In Vivo Functions and In Vitro Applications
This protection is achieved by scavenging free radicals and reducing oxidative
stress
. In addition to their protective functions, cobalamins can also generate DNA-damaging radicals in vitro that can be useful in scientific research.

Would you believe it?
Got up at 2am this morning for toilet, and guess what, of course, AF suddenly kicked in, been fine for weeks but suppose body under
stress
from no food and no insulin, low blood glucose. Went to hospital for 8am anyway but after ecg and obs they decided to cancel procedure, so going back home.
