what meds worked for any of you out there with gad and depression? And have you used cbt or act therapy?
Hoping to do cbt or Act therapy and that it can help me learn to better cope with my
stress
and accept it as something that will happen . Need advice from anyone that has been in my shoes and got help and is doing better with proper treatment.

Working and Tinnitus
I'm almost on the verge of tears some days due to not being able to do do my job which brings its own added
stress
and pressures. I could take early retirement and find a less demanding job but financially that would be difficult as would lose about 50% of my pension.

Has anyone started V-0 treatment recently with positive results?
I am due to start OBIMUTUZUMAB & VENETOCLAX it next week after Acalabrutinib caused afib and I am on it 1/2 dose with 1 beta blocker and blood thinner that cause
stress
and fatigue. I would like to be reassured as at the moment I am a nervous wreck. Thank you.

Social Anxiety Stress
I had a family dinner last night where I was reminded of how painfully shy I am around certain people (mostly alpha males) and how that feels into my social anxiety. Whenever I am in a group situation I feel as if people just aren’t interested in me and then when the conversation turns to me I’m lost

weight changes on Estradiol and cyclogest for FET
We had 3 cycles in 3 months and I gained so much weight with the
stress
and drugs. I’ve had a little gap in-between the last retrieval and starting the FET and I’ve managed to lose a little of the weight but I’m dreading all my hard work being undone when I start the FET drugs.

5 weeks on from rifamixin for SIBO and IBS C.
I think I am dealing with
stress
a bit better these days and it helps so much that I can now get back to some gardening! I joined the webinar on bloating and found it most helpful.

How I reinvented myself after PMR
Eventually, I found the
stress
of teaching too much so retired just prior to COVID. I found a level of activity I can sustain, far less than my old super active self.

5 noes a day keeps the Dr away - just say NO
I'm normally a very positive person and say Yes to things but maybe I need to say No more often to cut
stress
and inflammation levels? So here's some things I'm going to say no to. Please add your own suggestions😀.

Long term tinnitus
I do sympathise though with people Who find it puts
stress
all the time, and I am not sure you can teach someone how to ignore it except when there is no external noise when you can mask it somewhat.

Desperately need help pls
It seems like
stress
and excessive drinking seems to be linked to these episodes, so we have tried to keep him
stress
free and he has significantly reduced his alcohol intake. He returned to his flat the first week of January when he returned to work; he works from home.

adult son with PTSD
My son is 28 and suffered sexual abuse at the age of 4, at the hands of his cousin who was 13 at the time. I didn’t find out about it until my son was 13. By then I was a single parent. I didn’t know what to do. Now, because I didn’t do the right thing then apparently, I am being blamed for my son -

Hypothyriod and Feeling of Drunkiness
I still have that feeling which appears to be my only symptom (besides the
stress
and anxiety it has given me). Does anyone else dealing with a similar feeling? I did go to a ear, nose and throat doctor and my balance is good and not being causes by that system.
