Another possible spasticity drug
It is suggested that a possible enhancement by DVS of gamma aminobutyric acid-ergic postsynaptic inhibition of motor reflex arc in the spinal cord may represent a new nonsedating, management approach for spasticity as a result of traumatic

Newly diagnosed
Hi all sounds like I'm in for a difficult time, newly diagnosed and so far only my hands and arms up to shoulders are affected. I started with carpel tunnel syndrome, within a month my wrists and fingers stated swelling, this reduced the pain in my fingers, but it has travelled to shoulders, turning

Cold sores and rash on mini-pill
Hello from Canada! I just went on the mini-pill (progesterone only) because my reactions to regular ones have been crazy, I've been on 3 days and haven't experienced mood swing or anything. But from all the other hormonal contraceptives I've been on I've always gotten cold sores. And ontop of that on

Two truths and a lie
Up until now, the only thing that got me nervous was when my little girls went out for the night, and of naturally, right before I say Worcestershire sauce. But everything's changed. Been diagnosed with COPD (truth), had to quit smoking (truth), telling everyone around me "I'm fine, it's all good,

Sacroiliac area and groin pain ( I cannot lie down or sit)
Hello, I put off going to bed until I am utterly exhausted as I cannot lie down, sitting is equally painful and limits the distance I can travel. I have had so many nerve blocks and a denervation's that I have lost count. The GP prescribes Tramadol which does not help at all and I am on an anti inflammatory

Our Deadly Diabetes Deception
Here is one nice article .. http://www.healingmatters.com/deception.htm it says... Repair the faulty blood sugar control system. This is done simply by substituting clean healthy beneficial fats and oils in the diet for the pristine looking but toxic trans-isomer mix found in attractive plastic containers

Health Check: what is the common cold and how do we get it?
'The “common cold” is common. Most of us will have at least one or two per year. Children get sick more often and very young children often get more than five colds per year. Even though it’s so common there’s a lack of good research looking into this infection and ways to prevent and treat
