Lithotripsy and Spinal Fusions
My name is Karen and I have a history of kidney stones. The last kidney stone was a 16 mm stone and took two lithotripsy's to break it up. I have also had a lumbar fusion L5 & S1 in 2001 and my latest x-ray showed a post surgical change in the Lumbosacral spine. This was noted from X-rays done between

Vibrating feet
Sounds strange doesn't it? But I have googled as I don't understand why it's happening, but today they haven't stopped with the intermittent vibrating. I have no pain but it's annoying. I've read that it could be a vit b12 deficiency or I need to have a break from my vitamins that I'm already taking

Has anyone experienced continuous back spasms? No meds have helped to date. The next step is to try a spinal cord stimulator. Any one used this device and their experience?

Spinal cord stimulator
So I've been diagnosed with CRPS for the last year. This month I finally met with a consultant who wanted to get right now to treatment. I'd already tried most other treatments and was referred to a consultant at St Thomas London for a spinal cord stimulator. Despite many doctors being concerned that

Anyone know if there is a link to increased cold sores?
Hi all, I have been deficient for some time in vit D, Folic acid and B12. I had my loading doses and was also put on a mini pill to help regulate hormone levels. Before I started the pill, I had increased outbreaks of coldsores in my nose, under my nose, lips etc (disgusting) this then decreased when

New appointment for pain management
I had L5/S1 spinal fusion in March 2015. All of last year did not seem too bad, either that or I kept telling myself to give my back time to heal and that it would get better. This year I'm not so sure. I have been having sharp jabs in lower back that at times almost brings me to my knees, mostly

Lumbar Spine Pain. Nerve Ablation & Spinal Cord Stimulator
Greetings. Has anyone had Nerve Ablation done to help with lumbar spine pain? Has anyone had a trail or a permanent spinal cord stimulator fitted? My pain consultant wants to try the first one in a few weeks time and I have my first appointment next month with a view to having a spinal cord stimulator
