Three failed ivf's ... time to stop!
Hi, I am new to the site. Just joined today and we have had 3 ivf failures self funded! And tried other things as well. Last ivf we found out on valentines day had failed. And more than 3 years later of trying naturally and everything else, and due to my age getting on, we have been given 10% chance

Hi everyone I had EC yesterday. 29 eggs collected 24 good for icsi and 20 have fertilised. I'm clearly very happy with results and will be transferring Wednesday. However I'm so worried about ohss. I know I am at high risk and the hospital told me to inform them if I start to feel unwell. So I'm just

The P bomb!
I opened my door this morning to a little pink gift bag. Inside was a card telling me my friend who I was due to meet on Sunday night is pregnant. She had taken the time to fill the bag with chocolate, tissues and a face mask and drop it off before work. I find the 'i'm pregnant' bomb shell very hard

Starting treatment on the short protocol for ICSI
We went for a follow up appointment yesterday, the consultant we see is so lovely explained all our results, the test results and looking at my scan in depth there is no PCOS on either of my ovary which I was told it was on one of my ovaries at the scan, which is brilliant news, it did show lots of follicles

My 6 month old
Hi All, I'm not been here for a while but I just wanted to say thank you for this community and To those mummy to be best of luck. My baby girl is now 6 months old which is the product of ICSI procedure. I remember it being tough as this is our 2nd attempt with no frozen embryos, I thought it will never

Our little miracle ๐
I haven't been on here much lately but do try to pop back on when I can, to offer support and give hope because when we went through IVF it was the positive stories that got me through. We went through the IVF process after not being able to conceive naturally. After tests I was told I had PCOS and hubby

First timer icsi help!
Hi I'm starting icsi end of this month, just wondering what's your thoughts on icsi? How did you find the injections, egg collection if I get that far, I'm unxplained and my husband had a low count of 20 million along with a low mobility. And what did you eat? I've heard milk is good, along with lots

Sore ovaries during stimming - any advice?
Hi everyone, I'm in the stimmimg stage of my 2nd ICSI cycle, and I'm experiencing quite a bit of pain in my ovaries (especially the left one|). Has anyone else got/had any experience of this? If so, any tips on managing it? H xx

ET Done..waiting for new life to beging
So, ET done today. Feel elated, excited, nervous and apprensive. To those who've read my posts you remember I had 7 fertilised eggs 4 from ICSI and 3 from IVF. Well interestingly we has 3 blastocyst which could be transferred all from the ICSI camp which leads me to believe that maybe why we couldn't

2ww finally over!!
Hi everyone. For those of you feeling down and thinking this is never going to happen. Take a deep breath and relax. After our first attempt at ICSI back in May and chemical pregnancy in June ( which I tested early on ) I never thought I would ever see another positive result. I held off from testing
