OTD and BFN
Today is my OTD and I admit I wasnt expecting a positve test today because of the spotting and light bleeding I had on Tuesday and Wednesday but still held onto a little bit of hope that it was just normal around this time but no, BFN. It’s only my first round of ICSI so I’m hoping I get some answers

Hi all! I'm new here so not really sure how this works. Myself and my partner have been TTC for 3 years, we are at the end of our ICSI journey and find out the weekend if it has worked or not! I am absolutely petrified of getting the results back and just don't know how I will react. Can anyone ease

Looking for hope after first failed IVF ICSI cycle
(Sorry for long post 😁) Sadly we received a dreaded phone call early this morning with the bad news that our 2 fertilised eggs didn't make it beyond day 3. We were due for 1 or 2 embryo transfer this afternoon (Day 5 transfer). Obviously it is still raw but feeling a bit sore regarding the lack of

Is there hope after two failed blastocyst cycles?
Dear all, I get my Day 5 results today from my second ICSI cycle and I am petrified I will have no blastocysts again. The doctor said if we get no blastocysts during this cycle, it is game over. It will be almost impossible for me to have my own child. He said it would indicate intrinsic abnormalities

Experience of ABC clinic London?
Hi, Thanks to postcode lottery I was never able to access NHS ivf, after spending a a fortune at our previous private clinic I am considering doing my second round of IVF ICSI at ABC clinic in London. I think I meet all the criteria and the price is much more affordable. I am a bit nervous about how

Heartbroken 😔
So we’ve had our first round of ICSI & yesterday got a BFN. I know we would of been extremely lucky to be successful on our first round but everything was ‘perfect’ - thats what they kept telling us. We had 2 perfect embryos, my lining was perfect, they were happy with my hormone levels, I’m 32 so

Egg collection complete....now the wait.
Hi all had egg collection Monday morning and they only got 2 wee eggs. On plus side they were mature and they were able to complete ICSI and got a call this morning to say they both fertalised so another hurdle jumped. They said was too soon to judge quality but my age (38) and 1.7 amh suggested quality

Further Investigations?
Can anyone recommend any further investigations/tests before we embark on our last funded icsi treatment? Feels like a lot to rest on hope when we don't know what else is going on... So we had icsi treatment last may and then a fet in December. Both ending in a bfn. We asked for a review appointment

How do you know your egg quality is poor?
Hi ladies I'm trying to think up a plan (to protect my heart, really) just in case our upcoming round is poor just like our first. Most doctors we've seen since our first round (15 collected, 14 mature, 8 fertilised with ICSI, a few made it to blast but only one good enough to transfer and none to freeze

Question about periods....
I’ll waiting to start my period so I can go for baseline scan and start my ICSI round 2... I’m 4-5 days late now (100% not pregnant due to partners azospermia) ... the last two months my periods have been odd, I’ve always been like clock work 30 days. My periods have changed to now 35-36 days. I’m also

8dpfet today and testing negative
I am 8dpfet today and did a hpt, but got one horrible stupid pink line. I have had 3 rounds of icsi and it was that last round that gave me my beautiful daughter, now 20 months. I thank god every day for her and still can't believe how lucky I am. I just watch her sleep in her cot at night and feel

OTD today (12dp5dt) and it's the dreaded but expected BFN.... 😝🤔😫☹️🤯😬😡😱🤬
Well as expected... After 4 consecutive BFN HPTs (8dp,9dp,10dp and 11dp5dt with a FET) we had our OTD and got the blood results back... And it's a BFN. BIG FAT NEGATIVE. GRRRRR. I'm ok, and am so glad I tested early as I was prepared but feel like today has helped give a bit of closure to the limbo

We are now having ICSI
Hi all, My hubby and I have signed our consent forms, had all bloods and now we are waiting for my next period to call for availability. We have been informed that the embryologist thinks that ICSI would be a better route for us than IVF as hubby has low morphology. Anyone else got experience of this
