Don't give up!
So after trying to conceive for almost 4 years and one failed ICSI I am now sat here holding our little boy born in November! I just thought I'd post on here to say don't give up, even when everyone around you is having babies and when you think it's too hard to carry on just find the strength from somewhere

Devastating Miscarriage at 11 weeks, now what!??? #-(
After the journey of ICSI we finally became pregnant the viability scan was the happiest day of my life!! short lived as started bleeding that night after a visit to a&e and epu everything seemed OK, untill a bigger bleed fresh and scary. That scan wasn't OK, sadly our baby's heart rate had stopped

Hi I'm really upset and angry with our clinic, I've been waiting since September for them to let me know when to start the pill in December for ICSI to start January. Rang the clinic today and was told we're not even booked in for January!! Nearest app is March. What has happened?? Nurse said there's

NHS treatment or not?
What are people's thought on the following situation. I have two children ages 5 and 7 from my previous marriage (my wife died 2.5 years ago in a car accident). I had a vasectomy 4 years ago and remarried earlier this year. My new wife is a tetraplegic but is able to conceive and have children naturally

Scans and getting ready for travel next Monday
Just a little update. Today was day 10 scan day following on from a mock cycle and a pill cycle. During the mock cycle I also had a scan where I knew my lining was going to thin (reoccurring issue) but the mock cycle was meant to assess for that so my meds could be adjusted before the real cycle. Feeling a little blue today as my dreaded period arrived 12 days post ET. Sad because I wanted something to work out for us and for it to be easy - although as my good friend told me, anything worth having never is. THe past 12 days I've wondered what was going on and if,just if our little miracle

Hi just wondering if anyone else has had to take the pill Microgynon 21days before starting ICSI? Reading posts on here for ages and no mention of this so wondered if it was just me? 😊

Endometrial scratch or E-Freeze trials?
Hi everyone, After TTC for about 18 months, my husband and I are due to start our ICSI course in January. We're currently wondering about whether to take part in any research trials and would really appreciate knowing if anyone has had experience of these or knows anything more? The two we're eligible

introduction post, sharing our stories
Hello! This is going to be my introduction post but we also can share together our fertility journey stories! I believe that it is really helpful to share with each other what we’ve been through, just to support other women and even to get the support from them. My name is Felicia, but you can refer

EC done
Hi ladies. All done! I'll be honest I did not enjoy that but needs must and the staff at the clinic were fab! We got 6 eggs which I and the staff were happy with. I have a low amh so I know be low. Turns out hubbies morphology went up again to 4% so we had option of ivf or icsi. After a long long talk

Recurrent miscarriage testing
Hey ladies, So back in 2015 I fell pregnant naturally however had a miscarriage at 7 weeks. A week ago I had a chemical pregnancy after my first round of icsi. I know that NHS say you need to have 3 recurrent miscarriages for any testing to be done. I'd like to ask if any ladies have had any success

2nd ICSI cycle, same terrible outcome. What next?
Hi all, I am looking for some advice as I feel like our clinic is unable to pinpoint what is wrong with us. I have PCOS and my husband has low sperm count so our only option, after 4 years of TTC and no BFP, was IVF with ICSI (or so we thought...) First cycle last July resulted in the collection of 62

Infertility journey so far
Hi all, my husband and I have been trying naturally for a baby for 18 months now with no success. We are in our early thirties. We were referred a fertility clinic in April following blood & sperm tests at the GP surgery. The original sperm test the GP requested showed a very low count and poor motility
