*Sensitive* new arrival 👶🏻
I’d like to share some news with you, a group whom through the first 25 weeks of my pregnancy, were an amazing support ( I stepped away after that but continued to watch from afar) 🥰 Without further a do, we welcomed our little boy, Nolan Cole on 09/11/20 at 12.09 💙👶🏻. He was a whole month early

Ivf vs. ICSI
After two failed attempts with ISCI (I have a low AMH and am 43), I have sought the opinion of another FS. He said his protocol would be IVF over ISCI (DH sperm is normal), as ISCI involves piercing the shell of the egg. Has anyone has a better result with the IVF option over ISCI? Thanks!

2% normal form for ICSI
Hello ladies, I’m about to have a fresh cycle and my husband has only 2% of normal form in his sperm. We are doing ICSI and our doctor said it’s fine and not cause of concern...but I’m wondering if that means that his DNA is damaged/abnormal in that 2%? Has someone been in the same situation or has any

Sperm freezing for ICSI
Hi First time posting... my husband and I have been TTC for 10 years! We thought it was my PCOS causing the problems and just carried on trying , however as we creep nearer to 40 decided to get checked out. Turns out that the glandular fever he had as a teenager has vastly reduced his sperm count.

Anyone had a mature follicle size 12-13mm?
Hi, I am wondering whether any of you had a follicle that was 12-13mm or less and mature? I.e a follicle that fertilised via IVF or ICSI without being matured in a lab. Thanks

New bemfola pen not going all the way down?
Hi everyone, I'm new here and I'm on my first cycle for icsi. So I was taking bemfola injections 187.50 out of 225 pen and they were fine but as of today I have to take 300 out of 300 pen and once the needle was in I pressed it down until it stopped and removed the needle. It's when I noticed there

PGS tested and no more embies to transfer
Evening ladies, With my recent miscarriages we decided to have our 3 embryos pgs tested. One of the embryo stopped growing as as all 3 blastocyst needed another day to reach full blastocyst. This was a grade 1 2, better grade than the other two. The other 2 embryos were grade 2 2. Yesterday I received

Hi all, I’m starting down reg tomorrow for my 2nd round. We need to try ICSI and not IVF due to failed fertilisation last time. Reaching out to see if anyone is starting next few days and will be in sync? Love x

13 healthy embryos making their way into the freezer!
So we started our second round and they over stimulated me this time. Had egg collection on 24th and they collected 25 eggs!!! 21 were mature enough and for ICSI to be performed and 18 fertilised. Had the phone call today that on day 5, 13 have made it to the freezer, with 2 more that could potentially

Any advice - FET
Hi So I’ve just done my first ICSI cycle. We had 16 follicles... 11 mature... 5 fertilised...unfortunately only one made it to high quality blastocyst of 4bb Due to suffering with OHSS The decision was made to freeze this little embaby. I’m so confused by the grading of numbers/letters! Any information

Sensitive *Birth announcement*
Hi ladies, Sorry for the delay, but just wanted to let you know that our daughter arrived safely by elective csection on 7th July weighing 9lb. It took us 3 fresh rounds of icsi and 4 years TTC to get her, but she has made the long journey so worthwhile. I won't ever forget how I felt during the icsi

9.2mm Lining at day 15 of short cycle - is this bad??
Hello All, Would really appreciate some advice... I’m on my third round of ICSI (FET) but this time they have chosen a short protocol approach (No Prostap, just Estradiol x3 a day, starting on day 1 of bleed). I’ve just had my lining thickness scan and is 9.2mm and I’m on day 15! In my previous long

**** Sensitive Post **** Official Test Day
Wow! The 2 past weeks have been a mental/emotional roller coaster. With spotting most days but my result lines on my FRER getting darker each day. It’s been over 8 years TTC. 3 rounds of ICSI and 2 rounds of IUI. One ectopic, one precious son born and passed with Trisomy 13 💙 and recently 2 failed IVF

First time at 40! I'm clueless!
Hi all, I have recently found this forum and loving all the advice, support and love everyone shares. I am just 40 and just started our first round of IVF. Owing to COVID-19, we have never met with the consultants but spoken online etc which, in my opinion, is a little harder to ask questions etc.

Day 2 transfer
Anyone have any success stories regarding a day 2 transfer? Only one of my eggs fertilised this round despite ICSI. But we only got 3 mature eggs out of 5 collected. We’re pretty devastated. Can’t quite believe that this round has ended up even worse than our previous 😢. I’m booked for a day 2 transfer
