Our little ICSI baby was born on 27th August via forceps and we are filled with so much love. Jack William Burnside weighing 8lb 10oz. Again like many, I’m hoping this gives hope. Congratulations to all who have received positives recently and I’m thinking of you all on your journeys. Lots of love xx

In such a dilemma
Hi all, I’m in such a dilemma about going through further treatment. I had icsi (male factor) in 2015 & it worked first time. I have a beautiful daughter. I had 4 grade 5 & 4 aa embryos frozen for the future but they all failed. I’m 42 in December. My AMH is 22 which the consultant in Chester said is

High fsh, low amh, age 38
Hi everyone, I'm 38 (just) and recently had some initial tests done after ttc for 1 year. Has anyone had similar results and had any success? We're both feeling so low and worried at the moment, but really trying to stay positive about the next steps. I think it's the wait between appointments that

Hi everyone. I’m back at work today angry 6 months at home following an ectopic, covid and another failed ICSI cycle. I’m feeling super low and like I’m not getting any closer. Not a huge amount of people know we’re going through this but it feels like I can’t talk about how sad I am because people

No eggs fertilised
Hi all, does anyone have experience of no eggs fertilising? I had my collection yesterday and my partners sperm we’re dying too soon before being able to fertilise. We didn’t think he had any issues so this has come as a real shock. I think we will have to try ICSI next time. Be good to hear anything

Nurse consultation - cycle timescales
Hi all. I’m new to the forum and new to the process. We’re part way through our journey and it’s been agreed that we are to be put forward for ICSI. We have our nurse consultation 21/09. I’m just wondering what timescales people have experienced after the consultation before starting a cycle. We are

Only 1 egg - ICSI or IVF?
Hi, This is the first time I've posted on here, but have been following quite a few threads previously. I've just turned 44 and I'm in the middle of my 7th round of IVF (in the space of 17 months), doing it solo. I haven't responded well at all this cycle and it looks like I'll be going into egg collection

I should have asked questions
Hi everyone, Only me 2nd day on here so please bare with me as I get used to all the abbreviations. I’m on my 1st icsi cycle - transferred on day 5 and started spotting on Saturday on and off but very light - however I feel like today AF has arrived... still not heavy but bright red and all normal

Failed FEt
I have just found out that our last frozen embryo transfer failed 😢. We had 3 x 5 day embryos after my first round of icsi age 40. The first resulted in a missed miscarriage and the 2nd two failed. I'm so disappointed 😞. The embryos were grade A, AB and C I think. We had only 4 eggs collected so this

First ICSI failed :(
I have finally gotten my head around my first cycle failing. I had 12 eggs collected, 4 were mature, none fertilised. Devastated is not the word however I am positive to try again! Has anyone else had this and have had success stories on a new cycle? They basically said my egg didn’t activate...

Bit of hope that all of the veg has been worth it - latest semen analysis
Hello! We have just had my follicle scan (16 follicles yay) and updated semen analysis. We are going through IVF/ICSI due to low sperm count and morphology. Just found out that my husbands count has more than doubled since the last test in December and gone from 11 million to 26 million which is now

Sperm DNA fragmentation - is marginally moderate damage a huge issue?
My husband has just had the sperm DNA fragmentation test done, following three miscarriages and a chemical pregnancy in the last year. He has fallen just outside of the normal range, which is annoying. Apparently 0-15% is low, 15-25% is moderate and 25% and over is high. His score was 16.9%. Does anyone
