Anyone used self test blood test

Hey ladies,

Need some advise! We just had our second round of ICSI abroad I had 2 5day blastocysts implanted the clinic said I needed a blood test yesterday. With being back in the uk and Covid it’s a nightmare to get one as my GP was horrible on our first cycle saying not the process! So this time I bout self check home blood test after reading reviews on google! They both have a faint second line.

First response is showing negative though my clinic did advise can take up to 21 days for HCG in urine.

Not sure what to do now

Thanks for your reply! I have ordered the blood test from Medichecks as I used there for my AMH and full bloods before our treatments anyway ❤️

I had to use them as well because I am also having treatment abroad and I was in self isolation after transfer. Fingers crossed for a BFP 🤞

I did one of the hgc blood test kits you can order. They send it, you collect blood in a tube and send it back. Should be about £30 and is in the UK.

How many days post transfer are you? Hcg will pick up first in the blood before urine. Also assuming you had a trigger shot? This can still show up in bloods a couple of days post transfer xx

I’m 14 days now so was 10 when did first test I have just sent actual blood test to medichecks now so will wait for result thank you for reply though. Yeah my clinic advised that urine hcg can not show til 21 days so blood was best I had 5 day transfer so trigger should be out system completely xx
