Sensitive and TMI- 8dp5dt AF aching, terrified as first round of icsi

Sorry if too much TMI but did anyone get an achey AF ish pains in the vulva/vagina region and was pregnant? Or does this mean it’s on its way

I don’t have those symptoms but also have lots of AF cramps and am 8dp2dt. It’s so hard to know what’s real and what isn’t and what it means. The progesterone meds mimic everything 😩

I'm 8dpt and have had similar achey pains in that region for quite a number of days and for me that's usually a sign that AF is immineny but no AF yet and none of the other pre menstrual symptoms I normally get e.g. sore boobs. So confusing! 😪😪
