Stark white negative test 8dp5dt
Feeling very miserable this morning, like nothing is going right. This was our third round of ICSI and after 2 failed fertilisation rounds, we finally managed to get 3 to fertilise on our 3rd round. 2 didn’t make it past day 4 and the 3rd was not quite a blastocysts but heading in the right direction

DNA fragment testing after chromosome miscarriage outcome
Hi all, Looking for some advice or help if anyone has even done this. Following failed transfer wnd then a missed miscarriage at 9.5 weeks. Our tissue testing showed chromosome abnormalities snd now we have devised to start from day one and try for more eggs. I’m really scared the same thing happens

Day 5 Results from latest cycle
For anyone interested in my saga, I wrote last week to say my last (4th) IVF cycle had gone much better than my previous cycle, which only had 2 good-sized follicles on the final scan: we miraculously managed to collect 5 eggs that time, in the end, but 3 were just too small and only 2 fertilised, with

Complications from Immunosuppressants
I am almost 6 months post kidney transplant. I developed a 24 hr fever on July 30, along with headaches and very large painful mouth sores. I could barely eat or talk. My white blood cell count was low but creatinine was normal. The docs tested for everything including CMV, Epstein Barr, and did swabs

It was my first ivf round at age 40 after unexplained infertility (13 eggs retrieved, 2 fertilitised, 2 implantated at day 3) and I've got

Pregnancy test - is it positive?
Good morning I have recently been through ICSI and am currently 18dp5dt. I have taken a pregnancy test and the second line is faint but I am unsure if this is the control line or the test line. I am really hoping for some reassurance or some peoples experience. Thank you so much!

Anyone done an ultra-long protocol?
We've had 3 rounds of ICSI with no success but I have recently been diagnosed with stage 4 endo following a laparoscopy. Just had my post-op consultation and they mentioned the possibility of an ultra-long protocol (3-6 months of down-reg), as apparently there is some evidence to suggest it might improve

Absolutely devastated 😔😔😔
The clinic decided to collect only 2 follicles instead of 4… it was agreed to put me sedated … but i was awake during the whole process and felt all the unbearable pain. My hand is all swollen… still cannot fold( it’s 21:00 in the evening now) We opted for ICSI but the embryologist called at 15:30, saying
