Pathway to boners? :)
What the most current news on getting an erection while fighting this damn disease? I recently switched from 10mg Cialis every 3rd day to daily 5mg pills. I have not noticed a difference yet. I know some here may have experience with the injections - i guess that is next step outside of implants

Erectile Leaking
I'm 2 months post robotic-prostatectomy. All went very well regarding surgery as is, my continued recovery. The one thing which I can't understand or work out is masturbation incontinence. 90% now I'm dry, just wearing a small dry pad. Doing my Kegel exercises every day, 3 times a day. On trying a

Prostectamy
I'm 5 weeks post op following my successful prostectamy. I've recovered very well. Incontinence almost gone, just a few drops now and then. I've been taking Cialis 5mg every day since surgery. No matter how I try, I just can't get any type of erection, or have a dry orgasm. It even hurts my penis

help for arousal incontinence
Hi folks. I'm 58 and had a nerve-sparing radical prostatectomy 9 weeks ago. My recovery has gone fairly smoothly - I had no stress urinary incontinence after the catheter came out and haven't really needed pads, and my erections are slowly starting to recover (been taking Cialis 20mg/day). Stay Positive!
Good morning Gentlemen! I wanted to take a moment to Thank each and every one of you that reached out to me after my initial. To recap, I am a 53 year old man and was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer in September with a Gleason Score of 3+4. Immediately, they wanted to do surgery but I knew that based

What’s wrong with me?
I’m a fit, good looking dude with a nice dick…and I can’t get hard for the life of me. It’s disappointing, I feel like a huge failure, plus I don’t get to enjoy the things I want to enjoy and have worked hard to enjoy. Even taking cialis last night it just didn’t happen. I’m so nervous and have no confidence

New Breakthrough in My Journey
This maybe a bit rude but it is all in the name science. Men have an early built in warning system for CAC, their penile member, because the penile arteries being a far extremity and on the small side they are the first to plaque up. It it the canary in the coal mine. However our medical community

Cialis duration after SBRT
I was prescribed Cialis as a possible protectant for radiation damage to blood vessels. I had a five session SBRT. A year out, I have few if any side effects. No erectile issues, but I’ve stayed on the Cialis on the assumption it might reduce future radiation damage. My research indicated ED started

Tadalafil. Viagra. Cialis. Does anyone with heart problems - after HA, heart failure take these drugs?
Do anybody take these and find them okay considering heart problem? I did read up on the studies the heart foundation did on these type of drugs with sheep and the studies came back as being positive.

Haz58
Hello Haz58, I’m sorry you are having such a rotten time in sorting out the medications which you can tolerate. I could not take Azapriothine or Methotrexate but have settled reasonably happily with a daily routine of Bisoprolol, Levothyroxine, Amlodipine, Prednisolone, Ursodeoxycholic Acid, Losartan

Alendronic acid and raised Potassium levels
Hi I have been on Alendronic acid for 4 mths now. I have - 3 lumbar spinal osteoporosis but also have chronic kidney deficiency. My past two blood tests are showing raised 5.7 mmols/l and I’m wondering if it’s linked to my Alendronic acid?

Stopping Alendronic Acid
I've been taking Alendronic Acid along with pred (on the insistence of GPs and rheumy) for 2 years. At last I've managed to get a Dexa scan and they told me that my bones are good/normal and that there is no need to take the AA. Do I need to taper or can I just stop? Also wouldn't it make sense to do

How To Make Melatonin Lotion : A More Efficient Way Of Getting Melatonin Compared To Oral Melatonin And A Surprise Finding
A major problem I see with oral melatonin is the very poor bioavailability of oral melatonin, thought to be around 3% in humans as discussed here : https://bmcpharmacoltoxicol.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s40360-016-0052-2#:~:text=Elimination%20half%2Dlives%20following%20oral,between%20the%20volunteers

Alendronic Acid
Hi I've had PMR for over 4 years now and am on 3mg pred. as the last time I managed to reduce and come off pred. I had a flare up . I also take Alendronic Acid. I've had toothache in a lower back molar on and off for the past year and the dentist says I either need root canal work or have it extracted

Gasoline?
A question for anyone who has found an answer... From 2018, when diagnosed, I have been told by doctors, urologists and oncologists that; "Testosterone, in prostate cancer, is like gasoline on a fire!" When I first heard this it seemed dubious since what I "knew" about PCa was that young men with
