Having a bad one today. Thunderstorms and wind yesterday, more rain today. Headache and body pain. Took an arthritis Tylenol, magnesium and malic acid and it hasn’t subsided. ☹️. After I’ve had something to eat, I’ll take an Advil. 🤞😶‍🌫️

Sorry you feel bad. I wondered if a change in weather causes a flare. I felt bad last week when the storm began. Thank you.

I’ve been having a flare for a few weeks. I’m in NW England and it’s feeling very like autumn already. I’m wondering if that’s what is causing it. Dreading winter.
