Well, after physio, sports therapy and finally a proper consultation they reckon I have

Is Microsilver cream available on the NHS? (and does it do any good?)
Does anyone know how I can get KHA Hand Repair Microsilver? Is it available on prescription, ie NHS? Can I order it privately online from Germany? I am currently using Actikerall for the remnants of a basal cell carcinoma. If and when this gets too sore, I am hoping that this microsilver will calm

Cellulitis - candida - cellulitis - candida...
Hi! I'm new to this community, but I'd like to ask if there is anyone who finds it hard to break the cellulitis-candida (yeast infection) cycle? I look after my lymphoedema very well with both good nutrition and suitable exercise. But I often find myself feeling rundown and contracting cellulitis (in

My son was diagnosed with meningococcal meningitis a week after his first birthday he spent a week in hospital (March 2013) and thankfully he made a speedy recovery! How important are the running shoes ?
I currently have a slight hamstring pull, a groin strain,
shin
splints
and calf and
shin
muscle pain. I am running only a painful 5 miles a week(sometimes nil) plus the parkrun because of the injuries. My running shoes are the standard nike, reebok bought on price but they are comfortable.

Statins and muscle pain
I've had groin strains and now my latest injury (what I believe are
shin
splints
) have left me quite despondant. I'm convinced it's these bloody statins causing me all this grief. Anyone else had this problem connected with these pills?

Has anyone started c25k after previously suffering shin splints?
Has anybody else picked up c25k after
shin
splints
? Any tips? I'm not sure where the line is between pushing myself to progress and pushing myself back into an injury! Even week 1 60 seconds of running makes me cringe right now :-S
