Is anyone have neurology problems, like spams, cramps, paresthesias, facial shin splints, who got huges syndrome? Which treatment ?
Are you having besides anticoagulation anothers drugs for breaking down the neurological problems? Is any test that show to the doctor we have neurogical problems besides symptoms? My doctor doesnot believe huges syndrome affects nervous system....i was on wheelchair for 2 months because i had many cramps

Any ideas why my big toenails have gone yellow?
I've noticed for the last couple of weeks my big toe nails have turned yellow they are also thick like rhino horn! I don't think it's a fungal infection they don't hurt itch or smell, I don't paint my nails either. Would any side effects cause nails to do this I'm on methotrexate and humira. Any ideas

New website set up by a group of Melanoma patients who want to raise awareness of melanoma and its causes.

Get out the running shoes, ice pack in the freezer - I'm going for a run
Have been on a self-imposed 10 day rest from running to try and sort my back/hip out, and let
shin
splints
heal. I'm almost back to normal, except I am going stir-crazy to get out for a run. So 6:45am tomorrow I shall be out bashing the tarmac again, but this time nice and easy, and not so far.

Week 2 - Pain in shins?
I've heard about
shin
splints
before, but this pain was not present during the run, only afterwards. So I'm wondering if it's something different? Any ideas welcome - thanks :-)

Shin Splints
For the past 2 weeks I have had

splints
:0( They are not that bad but I read yesterday they can be serious so am taking a week off but the fields are flooded so pavements or the gym are my only option.

Needing arch supports...help
I have flat feet and wear omni 11 trainers which have arch supports but they don't seem to be enough as I can feel where I am running on Tarmac that I am running flat footed and it is giving my
shin
splints
. Can anyone tell me where I can get some supportive insoles?

Having recovered from my
shin
splints
by taking 5 days off, I went out today after work in the rain and the dark and managed 30 mins. I was drenched by the time I got back having ran through 2 huge puddles, tripped over a tree root, and could hardly see out of my glasses, but I did it.

W9r3 done but...
Well have myself a week off to try and get on top of the
shin
splints
. It worked. Went out for my W9r3 and did my 30 mins. Got home to find of lost my house key so I am reporting my graduation run whilst standing outside my house in the rain waiting for someone to drive over and let me in.

Should I jog today?
But I am suffering from mild
shin
splints
and yesterday was my last jog. The weather is bright and I am desperate to get out in it but am wondering whether I should be sensible.

Close to packing thus running lark in
I bought new trainers but they have been giving me
shin
splints
and lacking my knee joints hurt: I have very flat feet. When to a running shop today to buy a new top (have Raynaulds so struggle with controlling my body temperature), and get my new trainers looked at.

My little toe on left foot is very red, swollen and itchy/sore. Friends think it may be a chilblain, driving me mad!
No other toes are affected and it does not respond to athlete's foot cream.

Many fungal infections - underlying health issue?
Around mine months ago I developed Athletes foot. I visited the doctor several times and was just advised to use over the counter remedies. I have persevered with the treatments but am still suffering. Since getting Athletes Foot I have also had 2 particularly bad episodes of thrush, the athletes foot

I scalded my baby granddaughter
I can't live with myself for what I've done. I've probably scarred for life my tiny 6 month old baby granddaughter's leg. I can't get her scream out of my head. I so wish it had been me that the water spilled on, even if it had been all down my face I would rather that than have what happened. I moved
