Hello everyone, first time poster here I’m going to try and keep it succinct.. I’ve had endo for 15 years. Lived with the pain, had two laps 6 months in zoladax and watch what I eat. Wasn’t really monitored over covid endo got worse. In April suspected cervical cancer (thankfully negative). In august

Spring booster for severe asthma
I am 48, have
severe
asthma
and barely left the house or seen any people in over 2 years. I was group 4 but due to not seeing anyone and picking up the usual infections that led to prednisone use I think I have fallen out of the criteria.

Bread & asthma
I decided to lay off bread for a while due to non asthma related issues. Today I realised I haven’t felt as breathless, I am wondering if this is just a coincidence.

Dust Allergies
I am wondering if I am the only one. Are there any other people out there with dust as a trigger to their asthma?

Pollen & Hot Weather 🌞
VERY HIGH pollen levels and HIGH TEMPERATURES are forecast over the next few days. Allergies to pollen cause hay fever, which can trigger or cause your symptoms to flare up if you have asthma. Make sure you take your hay fever medicines like antihistamines and/or nasal sprays and try to avoid going

Severe asthma registry
Whilst at the hospital I had a form to sign to be added to the
severe
asthma
registry.. I forgot to ask what it was as it was all a bit overwhelming yesterday! Just wondering who else is on it and what's the purpose of it?

I feel like Scrooge at Christmas!
I don’t do any long runs, I slow down from snail pace to that of one with
severe
asthma
. To all of you struggling out there, very well done for keeping going. It’s harder than it was last week… extra kudos to you all.

Changing from Breo to Trelegy for asthma
Hi, my GP is suggesting I switch from Breo for my asthma to Trelegy, due to difficulties lately with controlling flare ups. Has anyone used either or both for their asthma? Thank you 🙏🏻

Positive Laparoscopy Stories?
Hi everyone😊 I was diagnosed with Endo early last year (even though I’m certain I’ve had it for about 9 years). Basically they found an ovarian cyst on one of my ovaries last year, confirmed via MRI that it was an endometrioma and I was placed on the waiting list for surgery. After waiting around for

Frustrated and hopeless....
I just wanted to vent and share with people who might be going through something similar. I am nearly 35 and have been waiting for a date for my excision surgery since November. They think my endo is now stage 4 and in my bowels, bladder and ureters. Despite being at the top of this waiting list

Covid?
Hello everyone, About 5 weeks ago I came down with Covid. Seemed to get through it ok, but about a week after my asthma starting playing up. Symptoms are breathlessness mainly at night, mucus of chest that’s hard to cough up, tight chest which relieves when taken inhalers. Spo2 is around 97% slightly
