Doctor refuses to give me VItamin B12 injections
I’ve had crohns for a long time and in 1996 I had and ileostomy and then a further two small bowel resections For the last 17 years I’ve had B12 injections every three months. I moved 180 miles away from my surgery where I used to go. I now have a doctor who refuses my B12 injection saying I don’t need

Living with mild asthma
I am very lucky having mild asthma since I had my first son developing asthma during pregnancy. I have symbicort turbohaler which I take 1puff twice a day, which increases up to 12 if I have a bad chest cough. I also have montelucast at night. So I feel really lucky, having seen really sick children

Anyone using just one puff once a day on Symbicort?
Hi dear folks, I have moderate to
severe
asthma
and was having a flare-up and using my inhaler too much, so my doc prescribed Symbicort. She said to start out at 2 puffs once a day. I am pretty sensitive to most meds.

COVID-19
I didn’t realise my
asthma
was
severe
I knew it was worse then the average. I have not yet received any message or letter and I know they have my contact details as they always text for the flu jab. Am I suppose to be working? Being a key worker I’m so torn.

Hi all first tried couch 2to5k just over 12 months ago then caught
severe
cold and found out I had
asthma

Cleaning chemical reaction
Only been back at work for 2weeks following a

asthma
attack and unfortunately have reacted to the ward cleaning products again. I’ve had to quit my job and I’m working my notice.

Hi ladies, has anyone had a Hartmann’s Reversal?
Hello lovely ladies. I hope you are all managing the social distancing and self isolating okay - like we need the extra challenge! I’m 9 months post op, completed first line chemo and now having Avastin until September. I still have a small lesion on my liver but I’m hoping Avastin will keep it at

Strange query.
For my bronch and
severe
asthma
. My badge is my saviour and allows me to get out by myself, albeit for a short while. When we go on family outings or days out I rely on my husband, I could not manage by myself.

Advice After Discharge
I’ve just been discharged from a week in hospital from 2 asthma attacks. I’ve only been recently been diagnosed with asthma a few years ago so I’m still kind of new to all of this. Should I be calling my Asthma nurse/GP for a follow up appointment? Does anyone go straight back to work after you’ve been

Need to improve my health but asthma is a worry
I’d love to start running again but have asthma and joint problems.. my knees seem to go as well as my chest. Any suggestions for knee supports and how to improve my lung function when running. My asthma is controlled and I hardly have my blue inhaler unless I get a chest infection. I would love to hear
