Severe asthma registry

Hey, I started biologics yesterday. Whilst at the hospital I had a form to sign to be added to the severe asthma registry.. I forgot to ask what it was as it was all a bit overwhelming yesterday! Just wondering who else is on it and what's the purpose of it?

It's a register of patients with severe asthma who have consented to their standardised details being included for analysis by medical professionals whose aim is to gather information about the diagnosis, causes and treatment outcomes of patients with severe asthma in order to improve treatment.
