Antibodies rising but hormone levels OK - should I be worried?
Hi, firstly thanks to everyone posting here who've helped me understand hypothyroidism better, and sorry this will be long winded! I've been having Medichecks reports as I've been feeling very ill recently and my energy and cognitive function have been awful, a yoyo for a year or more. I've learnt I

Selenium
I used to see a nutritionist and I remember she told me that selenium shouldn’t be taken for a long period of time. Unfortunately I didn’t think to ask her when it becomes unsafe. Any advice regarding this? My husband is taking 200mcg a day to help to reduce his antibodies.

Too much NDT perhaps?
During the last year I've struggled to raise my NDT dose because i seemed to create adverse symptoms. However after about a year of taking various supplements for adrenal issues, I did get brave a couple of weeks ago and increased the dose by a small amount. Two to three weeks in, I seem to be tolerating

Am I having a flare-up or hypo not stable yet?
Hi all I was diagnosed with hypo in Jan 17', and found it was Hasi's in Nov 17'. In the year I have been slowly increasing my levo dose, and in Jan went to 100 mcg, which seemed to do the trick. Since middle Jan till now, I have been feeling a lot more like myself. In the last 2 weeks some of my symptoms

Opinion welcome
Hello 😁 Here is my most recent blood test from blue horizon. I have been gluten free for the last six months and I’ve worked on increasing my supplements. This shows my T4 at just over range what does this mean? TSH almost suppressed which is how I have always needed it to be to feel well. My

Hello all - I’m considering T3 I posted a while back that I am considering using T3 as I don’t convert very well. Taking vitamins abroad
Hi all, I hope this is ok to ask. I am going to Spain soon, but I've never been abroad with vitamins - what's the deal? Do you need to carry the packaging, or is a pillbox ok? And is there a limit on what you can carry? I'll be taking something like 10/day at the time (vit D, B12, selenium, probiotics
