Someone here know solgar company?

Its recommend?

Someone here take selenium and not medicine and its helpful for him?

Solgar is a respected brand.

Selenium will help support the thyroid gland particularly if you have autoimmune thyroiditis (Hashimoto's) but it does not replace Levothyroxine or other thyroid meds.

But i still not get levo because tsh is 3.5

I tale selenium for now

TSH 3.5 is high in range but not high enough for NHS to diagnose hypothyroidism. NHS will wait until TSH is over range or FT4 below range before diagnosing hypothyroidism.

I am surprised that your doctor will not prescribe thyroid replacement if you have a diagnosis of Hashimotos.This means you have antibodies & an auto immune illness.Why wait til you are more ill?It is progressive.Are you in the UK?

No iam not

But the range of tsh is 0.3-5

So for the doctor i have antibodies above 1000 but my hormones are fine
