I have been having symptoms for ten weeks (
seizure
, headaches, neck pain, nausea, vomiting, numbness on face and arms and legs and private parts). The vasculitis work up in hospital was looking negative.

Diagnosis Question
She recently has had two spells where she has lost all use of her arms and legs, has shown slurred speech (and sometimes inability to speak), and what looks like
seizure
activity; however the doctors and the tests all show no conclusive evidence of stroke or
seizure
.

Epilepsy Types
Everything is going fine so far they are meant to reduce any type of
seizure
. My specialist suggested me having one, because all of the medication that I was taking didn't seem to work and this was the last option.

Post Viral Meningitis - Don't Feel Like Me Anymore
That was followed by
seizure
type episodes (not 100% that they were seizures) I would know it was going to happen as I would have a tingling sensation at the back of my head. This was then followed by me becoming a drooling, dribbling mess.

Bats in a hospital
hello everybody. on Friday night my time I had a
seizure
. it was my first one since last August and it lasted more than 10 minutes, so my husband called an ambulance. testing showed that my blood sodium was very low, so they've been keeping me.

Seize Control - your route to better treatment
We estimate that with better treatment 108,000 more people could become
seizure
free. The campaign supports you to ask for better treatment if your seizures are not controlled. https://www.epilepsy.org.uk/involved/campaigns/seize-control

Help
Earlier this year my husband came home from work and had a massive
seizure
, he has a brain tumour..... Life has been very stressful. About 3 months ago I was rushed into hospital as I thought I was having a heart attack , After ECG and blood tests I was told I'd had a panic attack ....

VERY scary episode of sleep paralysis
It felt so painful that I thought I was having a
seizure
or a stroke or something, but my boyfriend said I wasn't moving at all. I was freaking out and I still am. It was so scary. Now I feel nauseous and my head hurts along with my stomach. Is this dangerous?

Cerebral Vasculitis (mis)diagnosis/RCVS/vasospasms
I was disoriented and felt as if I was having a
seizure
. My friends were pretty shaken up and it was clear the nurses and doctors thought I was either on drugs or detoxing from drugs.

Coping with the constant feeling that you're going to die?
I am so so scared every second that I'm going to die or have a
seizure
or faint even though I have never had a
seizure
or fainted. Now it is worse because I'm switching medications and feeling really sick, which to me means death is coming. How can I stop these thoughts in the moment?

Risperdal making me sick?
These side effects scare me (the risperdal is only .5 mg by the way) because I have severe health anxiety and fear of having a
seizure
or fainting. at my worst I am certain I'm about to have a
seizure
. It feels like one coming on (though I've never even had one).

Struggling to cope
We told the neurologist, but was told that this was unlikely the cause, even though this happened a week or so prior to his first tonic, clonic
seizure
( he also suffers absence seizures about 10 - 20 times a day, more frequent in the mornings).

How can you be diagnosed?
This episode seemed more like a
seizure
. The heart recording showed the heart raising from 90bpm to 170bpm which I am told is normal by her cardiologist. I am thinking she has epilepsy? During the shaking she was rigid and she rolled onto her front from her back.

Reapplying for my driving licence - advice
I know there is a general rule of being
seizure
free for 12 months but I am not sure whether this applies when my licence was not 'taken away' (DVLA's words not mine!). I am just so eager to start driving again!!!! Thanks in advance folks.
