Total LAVH hysterectomy with adhesiolysis - still in pain
I have pelvic pain (deep, sickening pain - not to do with the
scars
) and now lower back pain. I have been cuddling my hot water bottle 24/7. After the 6 months of respite on Zoladex this is making me very concerned and low. It's bringing back bad memories!

Pleural rub
Hi. I had a Pleurodesis using Talc when I was 16, I am now 37 and have been having these symptoms, which I can only describe as Pleural Rub, on and off for about 10 years. I was just wondering if anyone else, who has had a similar operation, are experiencing the same thing? Thanks,

Skin graft.
I suffer from skin cancer, and yesterday I had a biopsy taken from a growth on my forehead, it's the size of a 50p piece, I fully expect that this will have to be removed, but my question is I do not want to have a skin graft, I am 72yrs old and no oil painting the fact that I will have a scar after

IUI and chlomid
I have been TTC for over a year now and had dye test done which showed my tubes are fine but had adhesion
scars
from previous op. Everything was looking good but I still didn't fall pregnant. This month is going to be my first iui session along with chlomid and injections.

Paraffin wax
Hi all, Can anyone recommend a good paraffin wax machine to use as a form of therapy? I have been told that it can help with pain and swelling and provide some comfort.

Liver disease and brain fog.
When battling chronic liver disease, the liver can accumulate
scars
– some of which may become permanent. The more scarred a liver becomes, the less effective it is at removing toxins from the blood supply.

REALLY Confused - Can Anyone Help? Are MRI Scans Useful For Confirming Endometriosis?
I experience bloating and water retention around the time of my periods, accompanied by frontal pelvic pain (near my pubic bone and the site of my lap
scars
). Added to this, I get intense pressure in my bladder and a feeling of needing to pee.

Phlebitis and SLE?
Hi . Just wanted to know if anyone else has suffered with Phlebitis as a SLE symptom or if it is my meds that might be causing it. It is bad enough that I can't walk very far but now I have an inflammation of the blood vessels in my foot and leg! Any info would be helpful.

Humidifier
Did you know you can make a humidifier to fight your winter colds with your slow-cooker? Just take your slow cooker into the bedroom, fill it with water and add either eucalyptus oil or a dollop of Vicks vaporub. Then, turn it on low with the lid off, and you will wake up breathing much easier.

Vaping to quit smoking
I have seen quite a few posts over the last several months of people asking about vaping. Some think they vape too much and others aren't sure about vaping. I vape and have vape through most of my "quit time". It helped, and still helps, me not smoke. There are times, even now, that I want a cigarette

home oxygen hose tangle
When I was first put on home oxygen three years ago, it was terrible. Everyone kept tripping over it and pulling my ears when they did. I swore I wasn’t going to have ears left. My husband is not the easiest going person and he complained constantly. I didn’t know what to do. My husband put the

Hi guys - I am new on the site. Here's my story - well part of it!
The reactions people have when they see your
scars
. I know. I have lived and I am still living through it. Although my parents already know about my self harm I still feel the need to hide my
scars
from them. I am ashamed. Ashamed that I cannot stop.

Beauty therapy and Hidradenitis Suppurativa
She inspected my cysts and
scars
and immediately began suggesting ways in which I could be helped. Let me say that again. Ways in which I could be HELPED! I had never been told there were options like this before!

A Miracle or a Curse ?
When I was 16 I was in another car accident , fortunately nowhere near as bad as the first , another knock to the brain but the surgery went as smooth as it could and I ended up with an extra few quite large
scars
on my face and back.
