Nightmare?
I'm sick of waking up and wondering if what I saw in the room at the foot of the bed actually happened or not. Yes Mrs Psychologist it could have been another nightmare or night terror but what if it DID happen? Makes my spine tingle.

scars
!!!) I hope you all have a fantastic and positive new year xx

If only I had been given the TRUE facts on vasectomy problems I need not have had over thirty years of pain. After my snip, which I was told was "nothing much" I have never been able to sit in comfort, yet when I went back to the clinic they reckoned I was the only patient who had complained and that

Lymphoedema and aroma therapy
Hi just want to have a moan. . . My lymphoedema nurse advised against the use of lavender to massage on skin as this and some other aromas encourage cancer cells to grow. I have looked this up and can only find positive reviews on this therapy. I will continue with my aromatherapy it has always soothed

Added to my other

is one very long vertical wound from rib cage to pubic bone. I was told yesterday morning that I could go home but after waiting until 4.45pm with no sign of the discharge letter, we absconded!

Massage
I am considering trying some massage therapy, wondered what sort would be beneficial? I had a bad experience a couple years ago with an over enthusiastic therapist- after years of being migraine free she did something that bought on a series of awful migraines. I was so upset but eventually found

Minding The Children...
Maybe it doesn't much matter when you manage to reach the 1500's and there is a family of six children and you miss one out... Doesn't matter to them after all...they are long gone, crumbling into dust in some country graveyard. Their tombstone bent over from the harsh winter winds...names barely decipherable
