Arrhythmia - Taurine - Magnesium Orotate
Hi all, I am new here! I have arrhythmia and have started taking magnesium. It has help a lot! I haven't had an episode since. I am taking Magnesium Orotate 500mg at night. I would like to add some Taurine at night and add another 500mg Magnesium Orotate in the morning. Any comments? Thank you!

Home from Hospital
So the progressive RA's effects on my foot has been held back and a few
scars
are a small price to pay for comfort and being able to wear nice shoes again. I know very small risk of minor problems like a bit of stiffness but been told do the exercises and all should be well.

RUNNING WITH CANCER……….THE SOLIDARITY RUN.
As we passed the cloud covered moor, scattered and shattered by the
scars
of quarrying, which are slowly being subsumed by the green cloak of nature, we talked about running and we talked about cancer.

Battle Scars and Biopsies 💪
Blah blah blah I was shocked they said it was aggressive and tons of pathologists were baffled by its “aggressive” growth nature and boom 4 days later I’m sitting down with my new oncologist discussing the awesome
scars
I was going to be getting 👍 8 suuuuuuuuper painful nuclear injections later laying

Week 5 is petrifying!
I have managed to get to week five without too many
scars
and actually felt pretty good running week 5, run 1. The next two, however, are really scaring me! How did people get through? Why do the runs increase so dramatically? I need inspiration, and help!

Hello everyone for the past years I've been up and down but for right now I'm trying to make something new out of myself and I want to get better at this but I just never knew how to ask for help... it's hard for me I'm trying to get all the help I can but I just don't know where to start these

It's time to talk about ....vaginal dryness
Can I be blunt for a moment? For some reason, it never occurred to me to discuss this with the breast care nurses, and I've never talked about it with friends either. Vaginal dryness is seriously painful, but until now I've just been putting up with it. So I wanted to share a discovery with any women

Distorted vision in one eye from Dry ARMD – feel like I am being fobbed off
Sorry if this so long but I am just at a loss to know wha to do. I was toldeverytime I had my eyes monitored that if I saw any changes\distortions on the Amsler grid I had to go to A&E within 48 hours. When I asked the consultant if that meant I could no longer go on holidays she said if I knew that

Please don’t tell me how brave I am
The only things different about me were the
scars
on my chest and the fact that my breasts felt like water balloons. But everyone else didn’t know. Tomorrow is different. I am bald. I can’t hide it anymore, and I am terrified of everyone’s reaction.

Ouch My Lips 👄
Good morning my lovelies, I haven't posted a picture yet of my lip blister & the poor condition. It's quite embarrassing, but I wanted to show you just how bad they actually are. As you can see from the top lip there is a rather large patch of darkened skin where the blister once was. It's sort of

Day Two
People saw my
scars
on my wrist today and I got mixed reactions. One person was shocked and immediately asked if i was okay. Others just looked and widened their eyes. I haven't heard any total negative comments yet, but I'm sure they'll come. I hope this week goes by so fast.
