Getting back onto this wonderful forum and reading past posts I’ve realised just how much time has passed since I last ran… well more than for the proverbial 🚌 anyway!
It also made me realise how much I got from the achievement of doing Couch to 5k.
So, here I am again!
3 years older since my last run and having had my 59th birthday in March, on Wednesday my feet started to almost itch to get my running shoes back on and so I’m back on week 1 with 2 runs down.
Even after 3 years I genuinely believe there’s a bit of muscle memory left and I remember how to breathe when I run.
Is it going to be easy? Undoubtedly not. But, am I up for the challenge, absolutely! 😁

welcome back MinnieMoo55 …i am 100% sure you will manage the programme again…you never know you might sail through it?! Don’t forget though, that if you need to repeat runs that’s absolutely ok…just take your time and use that muscle memory to get you through m!! Good luck 🤞🏼
