Flu Vaccine
Hi all, I’ve seen the (UK) government have expanded their flu vaccine programme for this coming winter. I was wondering if having an MPN would put me in an eligible household. Can I ask if other group members receive/intend to receive the vaccination? Thanks in advance 🙂

Can't go outside when it's cold due to possible covid in March. Anyone else having this?
When i get cold or go outside, even on a warm day my chest is sore when i breathe in. It takes a while to recover from it so I am avoiding going outside which isn't fun. I had a virus that effected my breathing in March, it was possibly covid. Since then I have been diagnosed with costocondritus, but

Flu Vaccination
Has the coronavirus pandemic made you more likely to get the flu vaccine later this year? It might be July but we’re already beginning to think about this year’s flu vaccination programme. You may be wondering if the flu vaccine will still be important for people with asthma this year and the answer

First cold and Asthma
I've got a cold. It's the first one since I got diagnosed with Asthma. My chest feels like somethings sitting on it, my breathing is faster, I keep coughing, my throat hurts, I have more flam and my nose is blocked. I don't know if my blue inhaler with help and I don't have a written asthma plan yet.

What was or is your experience with Fibromyalgia? Please share a little. I’ve shared mine.
5 years ago, life changed. It started with a skin rash, that I was told was eczema. I started to have body aches, hair loss, ringing in the ears, skin changes, mood changes, and memory loss. Last July it was walking double pneumonia, and things haven’t been the same since. Anyone else experience such

Slow weight loss
Hi I have been sticking to a 1200 calorie a day diet for three weeks and lost 2lbs first and second week I put on 1lbs this last week. I have been more mobile and doing some exercise so struggling to see what is going wrong. I lost 5.5 stone six years ago and was pretty fit swimming 50+ lengths 4-5 times

Need for 2nd Ablation
I had an ablation in January 2019 which stopped my persistent afib. In Feb. 2019 I had a heart attack & had 3 stents. In 2018 I had been hospitalized twice for congestive heart failure apparently brought on by the Afib. My heart function has returned to a normal range. In a visit this week with my

How to understand and treating reverse T3
Sorry, another post from me today! I have high levels of reverse T3, which I've been told can be caused by extreme stress, but I've also read that severe dieting/reduced carb intake can cause it. Does anyone on here know about reverse T3 and how to deal with it? My nutritionist says it can take a long

Persistent cough on keytruda
Hello, Can keytruda cause coughing as a side effect? Mums scans show reduction but she’s got a persistent cough that’s not too bad but definitely there and niggling. The issue we have is that she point blank refuses to talk to her doctor about it, it doesn’t bother her she says and I think deep down

Chest issue
I everyone. Yesterday, I was working out. I did a bunch of chest exercises with weights and body weight. Long story short, today my chest very very tight and sore, so much so that I’m unable to take a complete breath. The tightness goes very deep in my chest. My oxygen is fine, but it’s still worrisome

Ablation failure?
Dear all.......want to relay my story to you all. In January I had an AFib ablation. I felt dreadful later very quickly and it was soon found that the combination of the ablation together with flecainide had given me AFlutter. 2 weeks ago I had a 6.5 hour ablation for my typical and atypical AFlutter
