Chest infection and Pred
I had covid with a bad dry cough and heavy cold at the end of November and made a good recovery. Didn't effect my pmr. On 3mg. On 28th December, probably due to doing far too much over Christmas, I started a chest infection from hell. Heavy chesty phlemy cough but bringing up clear sputum

Burning Mouth Syndrome
I haven't been on here for a while so, apologies. I have had pneumonia twice in the past 8 weeks & have been left with a terrible burning pain in my mouth. Has anyone ever had this? If so how do you treat it. Dr say there is no cure for it, it is driving me insane. Jackie

I did it ๐
Have been quiet on here as I have been restarting since 2019. A non running related injury and the pneumonia followed by successive chest infections and the odd injury have kept me from graduation. However, today was the day ๐. Short term goals - to run for 5k and to join a running club in Jan Mid

Feeling cold
I am on Nebivolol (beta blockers) 5mg morning and 5mg evening to slow heart rate down and also blood thinners. I have felt absolutely freezing through the cold weather. Far colder than any other member of my family and colder than any other year we have had freezing weather. I got particularly cold
