Flare after positive Covid test

If PMR flares up after a positive Covid test followed by bad cold or flu and waking feeling achy and wretched what increase in dosage from 14mg a day should I try and for how long?

Hope it works -but just monitor things once you’ve complete SDR advice - there is still a possibility your illness will complain -and definitely no thought of normal tapering for a while!
