They gave me a load of dulcolax tablets in the

How to safely start Fentanyl patch when already on opioids?
I’ve been on 2mg of Hydromorphone (Dilaudid) for a couple of months now for hip and bone pain. The pain has gotten much worse, so my oncologist upped me to 4mg each time. (I’m still taking 2mg, I just take it every 3 hours now instead of every 6 hours). He also just prescribed me a 3 day release fentanyl

Tension headaches
I’ve been having headaches most days since March this year. Mostly in my forehead & not awful pain but I’m aware my head hurts. I have been to my surgery at least 4 times & still no explanation as to what’s causing them. I do have pulsating tinnitus to which doesn’t help as it keeps me awake which

Wait list from referral
Hey :)I just want some empathy I think! I got my referral to speak to a gynae (so I'm not even sure if they're an endo specialist yet!) About 6 weeks ago. I chased up with my doctors as I hadn't even heard if the referral had been received. I've been told the wait list for the initial consultation is

homozygous, so I have the 2 copies for H63D. I’ve had a thought 💭
I’m homozygous/have the 2 copies for H63D. I’ve have higher ferritin levels over past 7/8 years ranges from circa 180 upto 380 at times. I found out as hubby bought me a Family history genetic test as a present and it included health DNA results. For years & prior to the genetic test & since, I have

Prednisone masking various pain issues?
I have read prednisone does not treat certain pain issues ie “arthritis” yet I am also seeing many commemts about prednisone “masking” certain issues, seems like a contradiction, and resulting in a view that prednisone is a pain killer/anti iflammatory, for other conditions other than pmr, ?

Describing my Headache
Since my TBI 5 months ago I have just figured out what my headache feels like. I have struggled to describe it to my loved ones and consultants but Eating Fizzy sherbert is how it feels (but a painful version). This is everyday even with my pain medication. Has anyone had this and does it end?
