Rectal pain

I have a fissure in thr past but never rectal pain like this.

I have been through pelvic PT twice, never able to resolve rectal and back pain. I am dependent on Trulance to induce a BM. TheTrulance did not work today. Has anyone else had similar situation? I an miserable.

I have rectal pain quite often and pain before opening my bowel etc, and I also sometimes have rectal bleeding around the time of ovulation. My symptoms seem to flare up around ovulation too, which Ive spoken about here before, and seems to be common.
