!!! To anyone who is in the early days of quitting keep at it, ride the storms you can do it. I hardly ever think of smoking now and the smell repulses me.

Noisy and loud breathing
And I recently
quit
smoking
which is great. But I've been breathing loud latley and I'm getting worried about it, i hyperventilate too. My girlfriend pointed out that I've been snoring really loud and more often latley. I have a hhistory of anxiety so Idk if this is stress or what.

Strange question
I have been
quit
smoking
4 months next week and I like many before me used to hate the smell of the cigarettes when I tried to go out and about. The strange thing is that the last month or so I just haven't been able to smell it!! Don't get me wrong I am not complaining, just wondering why??

HINTS AND TIPS FOR QUITTING
The first few days after you
quit
, spend as much free time as possible in places where
smoking
isn't allowed, such as libraries, museums, theaters, department stores, and churches. This is the most important time to stay focused. You don't want to be around smokers if possible.

Up date and complain ;)
I admit I
quit
smoking
without aid is not for everyone but i also fear that the widespread overuse of e Cigarette is counterproductive to those who come here seeking help. Okay. Had this to say. Be well and N.O.P.E!

Does Smoking Ruin Interior Decorations?
You have probably heard countless warnings about how cigarette smoke is hazardous to your health, as well as to the health of people around you due to second-hand smoke. The human body is not the only thing to which cigarette smoke can be damaging. Smoking inside your home poses a threat not only to
