Bloated tummy and frequent bowel movements
(pls refer to my previous post to understand my dad's condition) hello friends.. help. I scanned thru the forum to find if frequent bowel movement and/or loose stools is often found in PSP patients. But appears that constipation is more common, so wondering what is happening with dad. No medicine

Which probiotics work for you?
I've read that taking
probiotics
could be the answer but I'm aware that not all are equal. Can anyone recommend a brand that works for them? Sorry for the long post ☺

The most ideal medical person
I was also delighted that my suggestion of daily
probiotics
was felt to be a very good idea. The result of the new diet, blood tests and daily
probiotics
is, that my cat is very much better, despite being over the age of 16 - she is now looking ten years younger.

Restless legs and other symptoms
I have suffered from restless legs. Ibs and helicabacta. Whenever I'm looking for help online I usually only type in one symptom. However 2 days ago I decided to put them all in to see what would come up. Seems people with rls normally also have ibs. Which can be linked to helicabacta. Looking up the

Good bacteria
Hi I think Dr Mosley is attempting to improve gut bacteria. He never mentioned organic food. He mentioned probiotic yoghurt, kimchi and sourkraut. I'm going to give it a try.

Does anyone use probiotics for long term anti biotic use? If so which one?
Hi there, I was just wondering if anyone has any experience of using
probiotics
? And if they work. I am using a low dose of Azithromycin 3 times a week, and although I want to stop, both GP and Consultant want me to keep taking them.
