Prescription for nature
We all know that walking in the nature reduces stress, but recently it has been suggested that the chemicals trees and plants produce fight off insects can strengthen our immune system. Over here in Finland they predict that in the future you might get a prescription for nature as we have become so

I can see I'm deficient in vitamin d. I'm currently on Levo 100/125 alternate days. I take b12, zinc, magesium, d3, foli acid, selenium and a probiotic day. How do i improve my vit d? Do you think I'd benefit from adding some t3? Do the rest of the results look ok? Thank-you 😊

Red, flushed cheeks
As I posted before my symptoms have been aided a lot by
probiotics
. Not sure what's going on but it sucks. Anyone had anything similar? Thanks in advance.

Probiotics
The only thing that I can't change too much is the dosing times of my T3/T4.

Feel let down by GP
I've also ordered some
probiotics
and hoping these will help and I'm also going to look into fermented foods. Enough is enough . Any advice would be really appreciated. I did do a post earlier in the week and got a few suggestions inbox about good GP or endos to go see private.

Where to start? even describing symptoms isn't easy
Ive tried fodmap and
probiotics
on and off an not sure they've made that much difference. I had a curry loaded with probably everything the Fodmap says to avoid and it didn't have much affect. On Friday i had a bland salad with salmon and was up at 3am.
