Supplements and anxiety
Does anyone have experience adding supplements into their routine? My doctor recommended I start taking L-glutamine, Turmeric, Magnesium, Vitamin B and a probiotic. I currently am on anxiety med (sertraline) and thyroid medicine (levothyroxine). I've been taking the supplements for almost a week now

It isn’t cheap but I’m willing to try anything. It has had mainly excellent reviews. I will let you know if it helps me. Anyone else tried it?

And ALSO get
Probiotics
. Maybe someone will find this helpful. I have almost died from this before. Docs are usually of no help with this, and do not usually test for it. Females, if you have recurrent yeast infections, please consider this.

What vitamins are recommended?
I’m pescatarian and have been for a good 5 years, I’ve always taken vitamins here and there and I do take
probiotics
daily but I’ve never had a set routine of vitamins to take regularly. Could anyone maybe recommend me the best ones that would help me out?

and will take Imodium regularly, although on lockdown haven’t needed to. So really just asking if anyone else is the same and what foods do you eat? Thank you

Study finds overabundance of opportunistic pathogens in the guts of persons with Parkinson's
I'm wondering if this study shows any benefit to taking
probiotics
or any bacteria strains in particular: https://www.news-medical.net/news/20200618/Study-finds-overabundance-of-opportunistic-pathogens-in-the-guts-of-persons-with-Parkinsons.aspx

Test reaults
Hi All, Hope you are all keeping safe and well 🙂. I posted about 3 months ago after I’d had my first Ultravit blood test with Medichecks. I took a lot of info on board and started supplements to try and balance things out and get my levels a lot healthier. I’ve attached a photo of all my results so

I would eat a meal and ended up vomiting it all up so i went to the doctor the only thing they suggested was to drink
probiotics
( had blood test taken but never asked for them) and i did for a few months but i quit because after some time it was giving me another issue.

Could probiotics be causing my flare-ups?
Now it could be that stomach problems are an early warning of a flare and the
probiotics
are a coincidence, so I was wondering if anyone else has experienced negative results from a probiotic?

Probiotics exacerbating restless legs
My best guess is that the
probiotics
settled in my small intestines and I have a lot of SIBO. But wondering it if's Serotonin or dopamine related. Does anyone have any experience with this? Is this common? Thanks.

Probiotic
Hi there, can anyone recommend a probiotic that works please, my tummy has been playing me up for a couple of months now, bloating, painful trapped wind, dizziness, palpitations, nausea and diarrhoea. I've had ulcerative colitis for many years and ibs for almost as long. I thought I may try a probiotic
