Trying Livespo Colon Liquid Spore Probiotic

It isn’t cheap but I’m willing to try anything. It has had mainly excellent reviews. I will let you know if it helps me. Anyone else tried it?

It is getting rave reviews - they are bringing out a supplement for those with constipation to be released next week which contains artichoke but similar to this - it is a liquid

Hi this sounds great. I feel like I have tried every probiotic going but still no relief for my stomach pain/discomfort or GERD. I have slow transit/ constipation too. I guess this exact product would be no use to me as it is for those with regular or too many daily BM. Will their new product only be available in the USA as I am in UK but desparate for a breakthrough after years of suffering and spending a fortune? Any Intel you have on this would be appreciated. Some people said it did help constipation but not sure is it worth giving it go.

Good morning I haven't tried it but was really tempted. I decided to go for the Alfloex instead. But if it doesn't work I'm going to give it a go. Please keep us updated on how you go. Wishing you good luck. Claire xx
