Experiences of recovery after gall bladder removal?
How long does it take for your body to adjust to no gall bladder and the continuous stream of bile into the gut? What are other peoples experiences. I am a 62 years old and reasonably active. I had my gall bladder removed ( cholecystectomy) in March this year. 2 months after the operation ( laparoscopy

Do Probiotics Actually Help?
But I’m curious if anyone has noticed a significant improvement in taking
probiotics
as well? Can you recommend some brands please? I’ve been on and off taking
probiotics
because I get nervous mixing too many supplements... I take a multivitamin, biotin and fish oil already.

Probiotics? Amitriptyline?
It has gotten to the point where I can no longer hold my bowel movements and take at least 6 immodium tablets a day before I go to work or a day out with my family, I have been reading about
probiotics
but yet to try this method and wondered if anyone has a similar story and any advice that might help

Probiotic suggestions
Hi, do your children take a probiotic and if so which one? My child has hashimotos. I have had mixed feedback from practitioners on this from ‘only giving them what they need to a good probiotic is essential’. Thanks

Help interpreting results
Hi everyone, I am hoping someone can help. I have been following the Thyroid board for almost a year and have found it really helpful. In July 2019 I was diagnosed with subclinical hypothyroidism. COULD PROBIOTICS HELP? PXN 21
In January we saw the announcement that a strain of
probiotics
might be useful.https://parkinsonsnewstoday.com/2020/04/10/probiotic-strain-of-b-subtilis-halts-alpha-synuclein-aggregation-in-round-worms/.. I have been taking Bio-Kult MIND which contains this strain for about 3 months now.
