I’m pescatarian and have been for a good 5 years, I’ve always taken vitamins here and there and I do take probiotics daily but I’ve never had a set routine of vitamins to take regularly. Could anyone maybe recommend me the best ones that would help me out?

This isn't an easy one to advise on. There are some supplements that we can take without problems, but there are some supplements that can cause harm if we take them un-necessarily (e.g. iron supplements). I would suggest looking into home tests such with companies like Thriva or Medichecks to check for any deficiencies before you supplement.
I would also suggest tracking your meals for a few weeks with Cronometer (meal logging app) to identify any shortcomings.
In terms of supplements, there are a few good names that I tend to lean towards if I'm unsure: Allergy research, cytoplan, Solgar, BetterYou. The likes of Holland and Barratt, boots etc, use binders that can impede absorption, so I don't use them.
