Vibrating feet
Sounds strange doesn't it? But I have googled as I don't understand why it's happening, but today they haven't stopped with the intermittent vibrating. I have no pain but it's annoying. I've read that it could be a vit b12 deficiency or I need to have a break from my vitamins that I'm already taking

Thyroxine
Hi can anyone please tell me what it is in the thyroxine that makes it work please the ingredients being Levothyroxine tablets contain the following ingredients: sodium citrate, lactose, maize starch, powdered acacia and magnesium stearate. Sound like a silly question to most I'm sure but I know someone

Fats and constipation
I've been reading about various views on constipation and one of the things I came across was fats - fats apparently lubricate the digestive system and help ease constipation. I was wondering whether anyone has any views on this or personal experiences as I may consider increasing my fats if it is likely

I can't seem to work out which order and when take my supplements for them to have the best effect?
I take 100mg of Thyroxine in the night - probably between 1pm & 3pm I get up for work and have coffee at 5:45-6am and leave for work at half seven I usually have breakfast on my journey to work - but this isn't essential, I could have it later. I can't quite get my head around when to add in these:

Magnesium citrate
Hi. Someone told me to take magnesium citrate 150mg to help with my muscles. I must say that this is helping me amazingly. I'm just about to up my dose too 300 mg as that is the best dose. I am finding that my muscle stiffness and sleeping is much better. Does anyone else take this and find it beneficial

When to take supplements
Evening everyone, just a quick question as I'm getting all confused... I take my thyroid meds at night with water away from food & drink. It's the day time supps which are confusing me 🙄 Morning 2hrs after breakfast = iron/vit c 2hrs after = selenium 2hrs after = vit b12/b complex 2hrs after vit D/

When to take Levo, T3, vitamins and minerals?
Hi all Can anyone help me with a timetable to take all of the above. I've tried but mess up the timings because I forget or get up late. What I usually do is have Levo before bed, breakfast with the vitamins and selenium. Iron X 1 210mg tablet with vitamin c 2 hours later. Lunch 2 hours after iron tablet

B12 or Magnesium in Both in treating Migraine ?
My B12 test 1 yr ago was 155ng/L next test 3 months later without any supplements in each case and suprisingly was up at 178ng/L But just recently my test was only 145ng/L (107pmol/L) Severe deficit i would imagine. So i will be presenting this to my GP very soon as he asked me to wait a year to confirm

Magnesium Taurate not evaluated by the FDA
Hi I have been reading everyone's positive posts about Magnesium Taurate and have changed over from Magnesium Citrate that I have been on for past two years. I am PAF and have not had an episode since May 5. Long may that continue. I now have 180 capsules of Mag Taurate from Cardiovascular Research

Side effects of taking magnesium and Apixoban?
Hello everyone I have PAF and looking to take magnesium supplements. Does a anyone out there take magnesium and if so which one? I have read magnesium citrate is the most absorbable? Also what daily dosage? I currently am on Apixoban 10mg daily. Are there any adverse side effects of taking magnesium

Knocked for Six with Change from Actavis to Eltroxin (Aspen). Is it the excipients or 'potency?'
I have been doing well on 225 - 250mcg of the Actavis levothyroxine. Despite this, my GP 'believes' this dose is too high, so altered my prescription to only 50mcg!! So I bought some levothyroxine online, it's Eltroxin by the Aspen Group, New Zealand. My first identical dose of 250mcg on Thursday
