Hi everyone

The last 3 weeks I've been suffering with constipation. Before that I was ok ish. I drink a lot, have a high fibre diet have magnesium citrate. Any suggestions? The ducolax isn't any help 😔

You can only get a diagnosis of IBS from a consultant after hospital tests to rule out any other disease that coukd be causing your symptoms

Hi ya

With constipation I found a sooon of milled linseed in the morning before food helps . I take a small spoon then half a glass of water . I get the variety that's free of everything ( gluten, additives etc... ) .

It's the same as flaxseed but the milled one works better for me.

Good luck .

Did you try the ducolax Enema? That worked for me within 3 hours. Thank goodness.
