Getting closer to being well
Good morning. Since Decemeber when i had my first tests on armour a lot has happened. I felt wonderful and then started having slight hyper symptoms about 6 wks in. T4/T3 levels good but .04 TSH after 8 wks. I didn't notice until after the fact of the ENDO pulling me off Armour 1 grain (60 mg),

Mag Cit dose?
I`ve started taking Mag Cit to help with IBS -C - and incomplete evacuation. So far I`ve taken 400mg at night and I think it is helping. I`d like to try increasing the dose but am concerned that the instructions on the tablets say 400mg is maximum dose. I know some sufferers here take considerably

It will take 6 weeks to get the withdrawal symptoms out of your system. I don't know what your symtoms are but I use magnesium citrate 150 mg 3 times a day. You can get a supplement called Calmlegs online. It's all natural or take vitamins B, C, E, and magnesium daily. If it's concentrated in your feet

My story (very resumed!) and maybe you can help with something?
Hello! I'm suffering from, even though I wasn't diagnosed, what I think is IBS-C. It all begun when at the same time that my life changed: I started new job, I moved to a busy city (London) I started a new relationship, and all of this reflected in my diet and lifestyle. My water intake decreased

Timing of iron and magnesium
Thanks in advance for your advice! I take Horizant (gabapentin enacarbil) 600 mg as prescribed at 5 PM with food. I am also on 1 mg of the Neupro patch, which I apply after my bath at night. I have been taking a magnesium citrate supplement after 8 PM so as to not interfere with Horizant absorption

I have tried various things for constipation (mebeverine, magnesium citrate, fybogel, psyllium) and some of them have worked on and off but never reliably and i know deep down that the cause

Magnesium...
Like most of us I have sleep issues from time to time...and now is one of them! I have been taking Solgar Magnesium Citrate (400mcg) before bed and rub Mag oil on too, which is working quite well. However I notice I have been going to the loo more often (something you will never hear me complain about

My 3 ways of controlling RLS
Hi guys, so you probably already know what I'm about to say but I think I'm onto some good things here. There are many different causes of RLS so I've written a long list of all of them and I'm going to focus on addressing them. 1. Too much calcium, too little magnesium So I bet you've already heard

Safe Nasal Decongestant
What nasal decongestants are safe to use for someone who has had AF? I am currently not taking anything except warfarin and prophylaxis with magnesium citrate, so interactions with AF meds are not the problem. I need to clear out my sinuses. I do not think they are infected. I have tried isotonic saline

Started T4 - 3 weeks ago - feel much worse!
Hi all I started on Levothyroxine sodium exactly 3 weeks ago. Dose of 50ug one day and 25ug next day and I feel and look much worse! I know advice here states it can take up to 6 weeks to feel any effect. By the way I'm self medicating as though was a long wait to see Endocrinologist and GP wouldn't

TEVA "New Formula"
I've been taking the new formula for just over two weeks now, & as promised to Clutter ,here's my review. I'm on 125mcg levo daily & my last prescription had 25mcg of TEVA. The tablets are very large(compared to the Wockhardt ones). My second observation is that the back of the blister pack is pink
