T3 and magnesium / electrolyte supplements: I messed up, but is it just the supplements to blame?
(Magnesium
citrate
, plus : Electrolyte complex - Ingredients: Calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid,
Potassium
Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Magnesium Oxide,
Potassium
Citrate
) Everyone always talks about being careful with T4, and takingT4 in the middle of the night always works well for me.

Persistent UTI's, appears only with sexual activity without protection
History of urinary tract infection I have had this infection for 3 years, Escherichia coli always comes out in the urine culture, except for one time when Proteus came out. For treatment I have used ciprofloxacin, amikacin, nitrofurantoin, levofloxacin (but there was resistance to it), Amoxicillin

I was never prescribed calcium when I was diagnosed a year ago. I was told to buy Vitamin D 3000iu and I take it daily ( vitD3

My finger nails are in quite a poor way these days; they are weak and badly ridged. I’d be really grateful for tips on what others use/find beneficial. My diet is good, also vitamin levels. I’m on MTX subcutaneous 25mgs and have today started Tocilizumab subcutaneous. I take calcium citrate, magnesium

Update on swollen eye, low potassium and low BP now hypothyroid issues.
Finally got an emergency blood test yesterday, results today, GP did not ask for potassium which my symptoms were an exact match to low levels! As expected with the high dose of steroids, results all over the place. Liver (Moorfields thought it was the steroids last week), kidneys now and thyroid TSH

Can't skeep: chronic worry
Was given mirtazapine, unable to sleep, advised to give up Caffeine or have it much earlier in the day for a few days to see if it made a difference. Anyway the second night I took it I had an even worse sleep didn't feel sedated at all, wide awake I took magnesium citrate in desperation to try to sleep

Vitamin D and Magnesium
I've got low vitamin D and one of my symptoms is severe anxiety and panic attacks. Not sure if these are related. Someone suggested taking magnesium alongside vitamin D to help with the panic and anxiety. Has anyone had any luck with magnesium citrate helping with anxiety?

Carbimazole and cramps update
Hi Everyone, I have been on a roller coaster since my last post, hence my relative silence. My mother was seriously ill, I was asked to sign a DNR, then my mother recovered, now I am able to focus on my own issues. Since my last post about my severe cramps, they seem to have subsided since introducing
