Any idea what this could be?
So I'm 19 and I haven't really acclimated to working and going to school at the same time, so I'm stressed out a lot. A couple days ago, I started experiencing some sharp pains in my lower stomach, close to my private area. Then, I noticed that I hadn't passed stool in a couple of days. I took some magnesium

Fiber Menace website
Hi I have had IBS-C for about 38 years. I've tried so many different things including fiber supplements, food choices, medication (however I'm a drug phobe and fight taking any drugs), cleanses (bad for IBS sufferers but there is a point when you're desperate for relief), laxatives, magnesium citrate

VitD, mag & new doctor!!
Ok just been to the doc & guess what, he's just started taking levo himself, well I was like the Cheshire Cat. He understood that my TSH was suppressed as my antibodies were positive & my levo has been raised. He didn't flinch when I said I'd had tests done privately. He has given me vitD tablets 800IU

B12...and supporting vitamins/minerals
Hello, I'm on day 3 of self-injecting 1mg hydroxocobalamin (finally!). I've read a lot about the various vitamins and minerals which can help optimise your body's use of B12. In fact, I've read so much I'm quite bewildered. I understand that everybody is different, and will find their own personal treatment

Extremely scared and in need of help, I feel like I am dying but can't find a cause!
Okay here goes nothing... My story begins a few years back (3-4) to be exact. I began to get a fear that something was severely wrong with me, and I don't know why. It started out a pain in my head that led me to feeling funny and the beginning of not being able to sleep good at night for as long as

Opinion
I want to ask people's opinion. As I said in an earlier post I'm on pramipexole and really want to come off medication altogether.I have read on here people take Magnesium citrate and vitamins. I am wondering if that will ease my restless legs.I'm sick of not sleeping and the amount of weight I've put
