Magnesium Citrate Tablet and Levothyroxine interaction
I am taking 125mg of Levothyroxine I was diagnosed with Hasimoto's in the early 90's I have just started taking Magnesium Citrate Tablet 200mg to help with muscular pain. Also, read that you need to take calcium tablets for it to be effective. However, I have just read that Magnesium it can interfere

Colonoscopy/Endoscopy done! And results are in~
Im back! As promised, now that I’m done with my procedure and back home again, a bit of a status update on the whole thing ^^ (and heads up for any who may be squeamish, I don’t sugar coat the details sooo fair warning x3) Know many of you have likely had a colonoscopy, and like those who have it

Supplements advice.
Hi, I’m currently supplementing vitamin D3, K2, magnesium citrate and selenium+zinc. I take my levothyroxine in the morning. Then I take vitamin D3 and K2 after my lunch. For magnesium citrate, I take it after my dinner. I just wonder when is the best/right time to take my selenium + zinc ?

Less cramping and pain, thanks to Natural Calm
I am way over here in California but I read and post here since I find this site and frankly the UK/Europe more advanced with Endo awareness than here. I have seen Natural Calm on the shelf at my local vitamin shop for years now. Have you it on yours? If not it's easy to buy online. According to reviews

Calcium Citrate (with vitamin d3) for IBS-D?
I have been struggling with my IBS of late. I am on a vary blan strickt diet which I have brought upon muself - mainly consisting of boiled potato and chicken. Even with my strickt diet, after dinner I always feel uncomfortable (that's the easiest way to explain it). So no matter what I eat, I feel as

Magnesium Citrate Allergy
Reading the praise given to Magnesium supplements I started taking 150 mg tablet to start, and then two tablets a day. After a week I broke out in hives and huge blotches all over my body. I initially blamed it on Strawberries but the next evening at the same time I broke out again. Has anyone had this

Views on latest blood tests please
I've just returned from a visit to the GP following recent blood draw. I've been on 100mcg levothyroxin daily for the last 4 months but my GP now wishes to reduce that to 100mcg and 75mcg on alternate days. These are the latest results ... and I'd appreciate your comments. (I'm not of the opinion

Ladies - ever taken sodium citrate then had AF eposide?
Just wondering if there's a correlation between taking sodium citrate (for cystitis in ladies) and getting AF? Anyone else experienced this? I just took one sachet in water and almost immediately went into bad AF. The sodium per sachet is nearly 1g...could be that, I guess. No more anti-cystitis sachets

Supplements and blood test levels along with over 50 and iron question
I’ve searched the forum, but haven’t been able to find much regarding over age 50 and iron. I would appreciate any input. I’m 55 years old and have Hashimoto’s and hypothyroidism. I have supplemented with iron and a high level multivitamin with iron for years. I have just now dropped the iron supplement
