Can anyone recommend a magnesium supplement that won't cause stomach problems?
I've recently realised that my ongoing stomach problems (cramps and diarrhoea) are being caused by the magnesium citrate supplements I've been taking even when I only take one tablet a day rather than the two a day recommended. I then discovered through googling magnesium that it is often used as a laxative

Recovery is Possible - Assuming You Know What's Really Wrong... Part 2 - Symptoms vs Tests - The Thyroid Piece of the Puzzle
I’m going to deal with thyroid today. It’s going to be long. Sorry. There’ll be overlap with adrenals because in looking at thyroid I discovered adrenal problems. Recount - felt horrible – exhaustion robbing me of story-time with my children. By 6pm I felt like I’d been run over by a truck. I started

Is this as good as it gets?
I am new to this site and this is my first question. In 2008 I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. The internist prescribed Levothyroxine for me, which I still use. I am female, early 40's and vegetarian for more than 30 years. I am now using 175mg of Levothyroxine a day. I take this in the morning

sea salt, more vitamins + 2 weeks levothyroxine before bed; condition much worse. Is this just my body adapting?
There seems to be some speculation that taking your meds before bed was more beneficial than in the morning. So, this is what i've been doing for the last two weeks. I don't recall the exact amount of time because my memory is virtually non existent in that respect. In this time period I've also

Does Vitamin C as calcium ascorbate contains 'Calcium'?
I can't tolerate ascorbic acid well so I take something that contains Vitamin C as calcium, magnesium,
potassium
, zinc ascorbates. The bottle lists 'Calcium (as calcium ascorbate,
citrate
& carbonate) 105mg - the total intake I take is around 157mg. I don't want to overload myself with calcium.

Sharing the experience!
Being only 25 and suffering with Fibromyalgia for the last 4 years sometimes i feel my life has been cut short. I used to love going out drinking with friends and going to gigs and rock festivals. I lost count of how many times iv had to sleep at train stations in the cold after missing the last train

Inflammatory Disease? Cut back on some of certain foods can help.
Others say sugar and potato were a couple of their biggest culprits. Just sayin :) Anti-Inflammatory Diet Tips Courtesy of Dr. Weil on Healthy Aging It is becoming increasingly clear that chronic inflammation is the root cause of many serious illnesses - including heart disease, many cancers
